I was wondering how long is the norm for shadowing a pod? Thanks

I'd say about a month or two.. you just need to be there long enough till you feel comfortable asking the pod to write a recommendation, or long enough to see everything you want to see from the profession.

I shadowed for 4 hours once a week for about 2 months before I asked for a LOR

For shadowing there isn't a set amount of time, I shadowed a few different pods for about a month each. It was a couple times a week for 3 hours.
