Should I mention this in my secondary?

So some of my secondary essays ask me to write about a significant moral or ethical dilemma.

I can't seem to think of one that really affected me besides one instance when a group of friends were partying inside our dorm one summer. some of us were underage and of course the police showed up. i had the choice to rat out to them where the alcohol was hidden or stay quiet. i was kinda frustrated at my friends too since i dont drink yet i was going to have the same consequences as them anyways.

Would this be wise to write as one of my secondary essays?

I think that situation qualifies. Depends on how you describe it though.
