So, who's engaged? How's that going?

So, is anyone currently engaged and applying to medical school, in medical school, residency, etc.? How's that going? Has it made things easier or more stressful? Long-distance looming in the future or is one of you moving to where the other person's goals will take them?

I just recently got engaged and thought I'd get the ball rolling on the topic.
