Surface Pro 3...Should I Buy?

I along with several of my classmates use Surface Pros - 2 and 3 - and they've been just amazing for medical classes (SMP, both we and med students use them). I would highly suggest getting either a SP3/4 or convertible laptop (a couple use these as well), depending on your taste. Cannot beat the experience if you are someone who gets something out of writing or drawing on slides etc.
