I was just too busy to really be active. Unfortunately, I will be busy until I get back to Scotland, I need to spend time with my grandma, she is not doing well and my time with her is very limited.
 
i got really lucky too... the night after i got escalla killed, i tried killing dyachei which she was protected, and at the same time her role was stole (which would have made the kill useless) and she cleared me the following day (which wouldn't of happened if I was successful in killing her) and that is what allowed me to kill LIS at the end...
 
Ahem. Actually, regarding the final write-up, LIS *did* see it coming. Which is why he slept with Dyachei. 🙂 🙂

I wanted that flash grenade gone. I could manipulate the last lynch, so even if I failed in killing you, i could have picked whomever I wanted to get lynched by switching one of your guys votes...
 
which I made the flash grenade to give me legitimacy (since my mystery box was eventually going to get figured out as being bs... as it was in the end)

but it was always going to be a setup of me... the poop item wasn't created by me... that was an SOV creation that would have always been in the game without me around still... a poor coincidence

It wasn't a set up of you, it was a set up of Escalla and you had made all the items, so I would have stuck with it, even if for the wrong reasons. 😉

Totally just teasing, dude.

That was, for me, one of the more fun games in quite a while. Kinda ironic, since it was a throw-together game.

But then, I thought the first prostitute game - which was pretty quickly thrown-together - also was fun.

I like the 'strong wolf' set-up. Very cool. I think the villagers could have used just a tiny bit more .... something .... this game. We had no real communication, our seer'ing was compromised.... it was tough.

Jojo played it super well. I did want to go after him (and said so) a few times mid-game. And I waffled the last few nights, even switching from protecting Dyachei to protecting Jojo one night, but by the end I was convinced. Just too late to do anything about it.

Very nice game, everyone!!!

If it wasn't for my self imposed item pain (flash grenade) i wouldn't have needed it. I dunno... i would have been fairly pissed if that happened... but it would have been poetic justice...
 
Oh. And that whole Lupin thing.... I *got* that she was a thief. That part was obvious from her hints. But I was totally baffled by all the father stuff. I couldn't figure out what significance it had, but I felt like it must mean SOMETHING.

And when FFM said he was pregnant, I was 75% convinced that you (SOV) had put some sort of resurrection mechanism in with me getting someone pregnant (which would have been hysterical). I was sitting there thinking "I wonder how many nights FFM has to survive before we 'resurrect' someone.".

Sweet modding, dude.

The SDN parody game was also thrown together quickly...
See, in the quick games, I go for FUN.... I want something enjoyable to mod...

For my other games, I think I go for more confusion and difficulty... they are more SERIOUS. ....

I probably enjoy the fun ones the most too.

well, yes, how it turned out it was a setup for escalla... but since i was originally a villager and the item was always available to the wolves to use once, had I never been converted and still around when the item was made, it would have done the trick of setting up 3 people.

but yeah, the fact that no one questioned that more, and the fact that no one questioned why the lynch was closed early when it was shifting from Escalla to me, i dunno

You can't claim i kept noobs around though (as you have taunted me previously)... Pretty veteran final group 🙂

Oh, and my last item was tentatively going to be a victory trophy with my initials on it... i decided it was just a hair too pompous

Honestly I didn't do most of that. SnS was largely responsible... I just made an off hand joke about the pregnancy thing and she took it up as did the rest of you...

In the end, we have a lot of creative people here, so like in your Itidarod game, the best thing to do is tap into that potential during the game!

Also, I now can see something you do end game when you are a wolf that I might be able to use in the future (will have to see if you do the same as a villager at the end first, but I don't think you do), will keep that in mind.... 😛
 
Ha! I had fun with all the crazy posting I had to do. Dy, I was very sad when you got mad at me when I had DocE's wrath. I was all, "But I don't go around being mean in games! Why doesn't she see I am Doc E?!" SOV politely told me to perhaps just boast more and insult less. :laugh: By the way, none of you asked about me calling devyn and STL donuts! This is why...

I think things may have turned out differently had dy not received the correct results for you and you didn't close lynch early. Maybe I could have gotten some ideas going that might have had credibility later on after my death proved the set-up.....

But panic wasn't great for my thought process during that time. 🙂

Yeah... i kind of screwed that up..
I initially told Dyachei the real results on Jojo, forgetting that he had switched the poo somehow.
I thought it only fair that I clear up that error, but I think Jojo got an unexpected boon because he was cleared so publicly and grandly that way.

Still in the end, I guess Dyachei would have vouched for him for a while if I didn't screw up.

I do have to say... that lynch was hilarious.....
Poor Escalla & FFM.... getting screwed in an un-enjoyable manner.

I was actually really scared because I haven't checked into the post count business. During the lynch I had the Rojo diarrhea bit and was trying like mad to outpost you so in case we did lynch you, I didn't have any "consequences"!

People always say that when they win a game as a wolf, but it rarely happens. Fact is, we have a LOT of good players around.... so there's always plenty of choices.

Plus, many of us don't like lynching most of the more 'active' players, even if we're suspicious (at least, early in the game).

Honestly? I have no idea. I just thought you might run with it. I tried to cater my jokes to each person...what I thought they would have the most fun with, and not compromise strategy too much with posting restrictions.

Best role EVER for me. I had so much fun! And it was entertaining for me to see that you guys thought it was SOV being crazy. :shy:😛

I was in a battle between stealing your's or dy's role that night. Game mighta been different if my eenie meenie landed on you!

I loved the buddy elf! I decided to take real quotes from the movie and apply them fittingly... like my insults of devyn!

And, guys, you all put DocE to shame! i loved it! Absolutely loved it!

I am grateful that you allowed some PMs. Actually, I found my arguing with LIS in my thread replies about dyachei to be rather entertaining. hahahahaha

But it was hard not discussing any strategy with anyone.

Very glad he wasn't in the picture then! I have been a wolf convert for a few games, so I was really wanting to win the game as a villager. I don't think I've made it to end game yet as villager and won yet. 🙁
 
I do have to admit to a little tinkering with the RNG role allocation for this game.

I gave SnS the joker role because I designed it for her in mind.
I gave Devyn the recruiting role because... well that is kind of obvious.
And STL was the original lone wolf... but I didn't want a noob to have that role (no offense).... it required too much WW strategy that he may not have had the experience to deal with (and then Dwin converts on the first night so who I am to judge).

The rest I left alone.
 
Hey Jojo.. why did you kill Lissarae? That was kind of mean.

And I was going to let her recruit another player when devyn died and she could use her role.. he he he.

i killed you because A) I knew lupin was going to look into you, so it helped frame her and wasted her turn B) i somewhat believed your hinting that you had additional skills so knew it was harder to lynch you... i actually thought that if you had an ability if i killed you, using the mystery box might have disabled it for you C) i wanted to add a bit of chaos, so killing you was fun for that D) i knew LIS wasn't going to protect you that night E) it was you or Lupin that night
