Hi! Im an instate applicant to Texas A&M. I (think) I saw on their website that the secondary application is for OOS students, and IS students don't need to do it. Can someone confirm this, or correct me if I'm wrong?
Thank you!

I dont know if it changed but I remember instate having a secondary application as well. It was free though and more of a short questionnaire

Yes, Texas residents have to complete the secondary application as well. It's free and easy, so don't worry too much about it. It's basically just to get more information on an applicants' socioeconomic background. You also have the opportunity to explain how COVID affected your preparation for this application cycle.

On the portal there are additional instructions for OOS you don't need to worry about, but in-state 100% have a secondary app beside the TMDSAS application if you're interested in tamu. The instructions on the website are very clear.
