Talk about being anal and nitpicky but I went back to the TTU status website and the field where it said 'Interviewed' (since my interview) is now blank.

I wish football was on already so I had something to do...

Nah, I check the UTSW status check everyday in hopes that they would make a mistake an publish my results early. They said you can find out on their site the same time as the match, so that night I will certainly be refreshing both screens!

Lets just hope these websites dont have counters that log page views! I'd be very embarrased if they knew how many times I refreshed the page hoping for a mistake! Glad to know there are others!

How long did it take your school to approve/finalize your degree? I'm in houston - and they say it may be march before it is official!! I was hoping on sending graduation w/honors updates to schools before the match... Now it may be march before its official and I can send a transcript!

Is this usual? My classes ended in early Dec, they were only for residency(hrs) requirements, everything else was finished last year.

Please tell me how long it takes at other schools - is this normal, or is my school just realllllly slow!?!

I graduated from UHD in December. I received some paperwork that indicated they would have it finalized by January 31st. I am waiting until then to submit my updated transcripts to TMDSAS.

My degree was posted by the middle of January. I also graduated in December a few years ago. You should be good to go pretty soon. Besides, it doesn't matter if you get it in before Match Day at this point. The schools have already decided.

And yes, for the record, ALL schools take their time. Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh............... Bureaucracy 😎

AMCAS validates everyone's application when they process it. They only took one week to process mine. So what does TMDSAS do that it takes them 4-6 weeks to process and they don't verify grades? The TMDSAS fees are much cheaper though so I guess I shouldn't complain.

I have considered the same thing. They are going to be printing and mailing the acceptance packets this week. Hopefully, we might even receive them prior to Monday.

Definitely makes you wonder what they were doing for 6 weeks! But I won't be too quick to judge, I figure its the quality of their work that counts more thant speed. If the results on Feb 1 are good, then I love TMDSAS and will tell everyone what a quality job they do! 😀

My Tech page says Declined Interview, and my UTSW page still says interviewed. You all may have something with the Tech field being blank or not, but who knows. Anyhow, my vote is aroung 4650 for posts by feb 1st. We definitely need to start a new Texas Matrch thread on Jan 31, so that people needn't scroll through so many pages!

Maybe those who ranked them low matched with a differnt school, and therefore were dropped from the Tech system. Those who matched with Tech remained in the system and therefore still have a status.

trust me i know the feeling i've had only 1 interview(at tech),3 rejections(+the 3 texas schools i applied and didnt interview at), and 4 "under review". Just crossin my fingers i can get in my first time around.

Then "interviewed" means match with TTU or waitlisted all the way down to TTU on your match list?
