I am already accepted to Tufts but I hope I could to have interview at NYU. But I am also planning to travel to a different country soon... Would it be worth it to delay my travel at this point?

It was rejection through email, and my stats are 3.27 GPA (3.22 undergrad, 4.00 grad) and 22 DAT.
