Does anyone know if u got accepted but are still in school and get one C this semester if NYU would have a problem or take back the acceptance?
That information should be in your acceptance package/letter. Schools will normally disclose their minimum requirements for you to meet in your remaining courses.

No mine never responded to me, so I was kind of worried too. But when Dr. Mejia called me, she mentioned that I had reached out to my admission's officer multiple times.
Do you know if it makes a difference if you email the office of admissions versus your admissions officer? All of my emails I’ve been sending them to the office of admissions. The last one I sent, I cc-ed it to Dr.Mejia.

I’m not sure, but I always directly emailed my admission’s officer!

People who interviewed the last week of March, how many total students were interviewing with you that day?

Undergrad gpa: 2.8
Masters gpa: 4.0
DAT: AA 19, Science 20
Residency: NYC

I didnt ask how many seats left because I was shaking on the phone lol. After my interview I sent a letter of intent to the admissions email and every 2 weeks I emailed Dr. Mejia whenever I had new exam grades to send because im still in my masters now. She never answered any of the emails but on the phone she said "I know youve been doing really well in your program so you deserve it, check your email" and I cried. This has been a looongggg journey since 2015 but it all paid off! Never give up!!

Wow that’s nice!! Congrats!!

This may seem like a silly question but how do you know who your admissions officer is? I've only been in contact with the office of admissions and Dr.Mejia

Your admission officer is your 2nd interviewer

anyone know if NYU is done interviewing ? I still have not heard back for either a rejection or interview

Interviewed 3/29
Waitlisted 4/5

I'm just a little upset that NYU is still interviewing.

It's my top choice also !

Seriously? You were interviewed less than a week ago, and ya gonna be upset about people who get interviewed for a few more weeks? Jeez.

For those that interviewed, did you actually get done at 1:30 like the email said? Just wondering so I know how to plan my flights.

I would say more like 2-2:30. I wouldn't rush it at all man. I'd plan to take an afternoon or late night flight if I were you!

Did I say I was upset about people who got interviewed?

It's a long strenuous process and guess what: if you really want to go to NYU and you get placed on the waiting list your chances decrease.

You said you were upset about NYU still interviewing, which coming from someone who was interviewed less than a week ago, sounds very hypocritical.

Good luck on this application cycle.

Question for those accepted and attending:
How serious is this academic audit? Are they just checking to make sure that we fulfilled the pre-reqs with a C or better before we matriculate?
Not taking any pre-reqs during my final semester but wondering if getting mainly Bs in classes this semester will put me at risk of losing admission.

Was wondering the same thing.....I really don't think it matters too much as long as you get your degree

Any movement on the waiting list, I feel that I am about to go insane

No, don't do that. Just once in a while, read through this thread. Someone did that and didn't get accepted.

Accepted today off the waitlist. Will be accepting the offer!

Some of my friends have deposits due on the 19th of April. I know two people personally who will not be attending and they won't be paying this deposit on the 19th.

Keep your heads up, there will definitely be movement soon. And definitely inform them of your interest in attending
