I would advise to go if you can 🙂
Wait, you bought a ticket just for the mock interview?! Is that something we should all be doing to show them we really care? Man, just seems like a lot of money for not even a real interview. Is this one of those things that "can't hurt" going to, or does it mean a lot to the school on who comes? I live in TX, already bought the ticket for the mock day but just curious how much this matters to them. Thank you!

Don't you think they send everyone that email about the mock interview? Like everyone who has given them their mailing list? Or do you think that it was only sent to people who applied this cycle?Take it like a real interview. If admissions promoted this event (they sent y’all an email) that means they are actually invested in it.
If you don’t go it won’t hurt you. If you go and take it seriously it can help you. This won’t be just another mock interview with your buddy
True. The admissions take all of these events seriously. There was always at least one admissions committee member at any predental event we hosted through ASDA and very real opportunities came to those who attended and took it seriously.Take it like a real interview. I got that too. I assume they sent it to everyone.Has anyone received a Mock Interview invitation? I received one for Sept 27th. I am very excited, but also curious as to what that means as far as my status goes.

Interview #5, got the email earlier this evening! 🙂
Do you mind sharing stats and date of submittal? Also IS or OOS if you are comfortable with that too. Thanks!
My application was verified Aug 2 and on Aug 5 I got an email that the had received my application, and my ADEA app says "received/under review" but that was the last I heard from them.Has anyone that submitted their application in August received an application complete email from Colorado? I have been in contact with them and they have told me that my application status is that my application is in line to be checked for "prerequisite coursework". This has remained the same for the past 3-4 weeks. I know that I probably just have to be patient but just wanted to see if anyone received the email!
For those that already had their interview (I heard it's pretty chill which sounds nice) how many other students were with you that day? Was it only yourself or 5-10 other people?
It is pretty chill. The interviews go by super quickly, only half hour with each interviewer. Mine day had 7 other candidates. Interviews are 1-on-1.For those that already had their interview (I heard it's pretty chill which sounds nice) how many other students were with you that day? No, I didn't attend the mock interview. I'm still waiting just like you. Hopefully we all get in 🙂 !Did you happen to go to the mock interview? I applied around the same time, but I haven’t heard anything from them except the mock interview invite.
At my interview a few weeks ago they mentioned that they were more than likely going to be sending out post-December interview invites, for the first time, this year. No idea about Pre-December slots left.Does anyone know if they are doing any post- December interviews this year? Or if all the pre- December have been sent out
So I haven’t received an interview invite or a rejection and I’m a little confused cause I know Colorado usually stops interviews in November. Anyone have any more info about this?

They’ve always done this. When I would volunteer with interviews as a student there, they would have interviews into January every year. If you were told different, that is a new thing. At my interview at the end of September, they mentioned that they were planning on having post-December interviews, into January, for the first time this year. Meh. Sounds like it’s running about the same as every other year.Crystal was telling us students that this year they will be doing a lot more post December interviews than usual to give a chance to late applicants and other applicants that may be held
