They usually call all day. I had a friend just a year or two ago get a call the next day even. She was super sad that she didn’t get it and then in disbelief when she did the next day. Not saying that is likely, but when notifications are made via phone instead of email, it isn’t always uniform.
 
Any rejections or waitlisted yet? I haven’t heard anything!
 
I’m from the eastcoast and haven’t heard lol. This sucks!
 
Last year the class was filled up all the way up in March. They don’t offer a majority of the seats on the first day. Keep in mind not everyone offered a position will chose Colorado as well. Many of us were in a position you were in last year and I know it’s incredibly disheartening to not hear today. I luckily interviewed at this school but had an absolutely horrible interview. I didn’t believe I had a chance to attend and set my sights elsewhere. January 4th I got an email granting me a slot. Keep being patient and realize today is still only DAY one of many to come.

So you didn’t hear anything from them until January? Like no email or anything at all?

Do you know if they are still making calls today? Also thank you for the words of encouragement, it’s nice to remember we aren’t the first ones to feel this and we won’t be the last.

That’s a great mindset to have. I can’t blame any of y’all for feeling the way you did. When I didn’t hear anything from CU and waitlisted at my other school I had begun making other plans for what I would do next. This was already my second time applying. Just keep on going. You never know what may happen, a lot of this depends on other student choices for schools.

I am not sure if they are still calling.

Just got a rejection email as well. Interviewed in early November. If you didn't get this email yet then don't lose hope!

It started to get scared!. They sent a rejection email even though you had an interview before?

Has Colorado already rejected people without interview? If so I would think that if they have also started rejecting people who interviewed it would mean that we have a guaranteed interview that is already planned for us. If not they would just reject us already.
