Giving sunshine some wolf points for pushing the Cray tinfoil so hard. Not changing my overall village read of her for now, but I wanted to put this out there after her Monday morning QBing rubbed me the wrong way.

Leaving my vote on Lainey unless there's some really strong evidence elsewhere today.

In light of MsP flipping village, I think this vote pattern makes much more sense. I know there are people who might disagree, but I think Lainey's post AND vote history are wolfier than Ace's, so it would make sense for Ace (village?) to have a vote on Lainey (wolf?) and Lainey (wolf?) to have a vote on MsP (village). No longer seems like some grand noob bussing plan. I still cannot see Ace/Lainey being w/w.

Actually, @Dinashadow , I'd be curious to know your thoughts on this too if you take out your name and just read it like I'm asking about a more experienced player with much less evidence than the noob wolf.

I'm inclined to leave my vote where I feel there's more evidence today since last night's flip was disappointing.

It could be a more experienced player power wolfing and driving the pack (think dubz last game), so yeah I know I'm sus and maybe I'd vote for me too, but this isn't how I play wolf. I can't really say anything for my voting but I've been genuinely trying to wolf hunt. I never said I was good at this game

But now I see cray got NK (which wasn't a good choice for a NK in my opinion but w/e it helps us) so that makes me the most experienced player here so I'm going to say that's not happening here.

Uh no. I was responding to shorty's message, but Please was also questioning that same post from yesterday, and I saw her message and wanted to make sure she knew I had read her post. Dina was also questioning what I meant, but I had a lot of schoolwork and wasn't able to be on thread for several hours so I was unable to respond properly to any of them. Now I have to go back and quote it and explain further what I meant. I'm sorry for the confusion there.

Bottom line after going through things i think shes a weak village lean because my theory would have worked a lot better is msp had flipped wolf which they didnt. Now im more inclined to believe she is village

I want to know what more experienced players would do if MsP doesn't show up and will get modkilled. I know we've discussed yeeting a player that's already going to be modkilled in previous games (which I largely missed out on the discussion for), but it hasn't been discussed as in-depth in this game and I think we need to think things through as a village.

Now that we're at day 3 and we've already caught 1 wolf, I think we should all have a backup plan if MsP doesn't show up and will be modkilled? I think it might be best for those of us currently voting for MsP to switch to another wolfy suspect (likely Lainey) if MsP is still MIA right before yeet. This is similar to the logic of Z making a tie (even accidentally) on day 2 so we could find out more info about wolfy suspects. I feel as if my vote might be "wasted" on MsP if she's going to be modkilled anyway, but I also know that other people do not necessarily feel the same way.

It reads to me like you haven't really read what people have been saying/are misunderstanding on purpose and trying to plant seeds for a waffle right before close.

This is kind of weird phrasing, yeah, we've caught 1 wolf but we've lost 5 villagers (one to modkill).

I don't like the idea of banking on a modkill when it's apparently MsP's MO to show up right before yeet and make minimum, and we've seen her do it in this thread once already. A yeet vote on a wolf isn't a wasted vote...

Believe me when I say that she'll hit the post count if she thinks she's going to make it another day and won't show up if she's about to be yeeted. She did it during the last cycle and she'll do it again.

I know Cray was killed overnight, but I wanted to make sure that everyone understood what I was saying and hopefully give you all clarification.

With my original post, what I was saying was if MsP was going to be modkilled anyway, I thought it might be a good idea for us to vote for Lainey instead so we wouldn't be "wasting" that day cycle and yeeting someone who was already going to be killed. Especially since Lainey is so wolfy its crazy. I wasn't trying to necessarily coordinate a "wafflefest," because I wanted everyone to be on the same page before the yeet deadline, thus avoiding a wafflefest. In an ideal world, if MsP didn't show up, however many of us who were voting to yeet her would all switch to lainey, that way we could get another wolf voted out and hopefully get 2 wolves in 1 day.

I get why you all got confused, and it didn't matter anyway because MsP showed up and got her posts done, but unfortunately she was just a sketchy villager and not a wolf. I don't like that she wasn't a wolf, but I am not exactly as sad about her death because she wasn't doing much to help the village before she was yeeted.

This is a valid point. I know I've been suspicious this game and a lot of you have me on their wolf lists because I have been MIA and super busy in real life, but I am trying to keep caught up and help the village as much as I can.

If you think I am anti-village, vote me off. But I seriously think there are several more suspicious people that should be yeeted before you consider me.

But Dubz sussed her, and MsP's dying breath said to look closely there as well. Besides myself (although I would argue I've been less effective in my vote-****ery) VCA looks worst here as well.

After losing genny I could totally see her taking out WZ and AM and then just letting/leading village to turn on the sus noobs left as an easy misyeet train to victory.

I think this is definitely something interesting to consider. Thanks Cray for helping us so much while you were alive. After Lainey, I think we should be investigating Dina.

I don't know why she forgot to mention me. Earlier in this game, Vis got me confused in her notes with Ace because I hadn't been on thread much, so maybe the same thing happened to Lainey? I know I haven't been around much this game, so its possible Lainey just forgot about me? I've posted reads lists in previous games and accidentally forgotten people before. It's likely something that she didn't mean to do, but I really don't know why she did it.

I do think it is weird that she was asked for reads on like 4 people (I don't remember who asked her though), including me, and then she forgot to include me.

Reading catching up, I don't know how i feel about the sus'ing of Dina. I feel like maybe I haven't been analytical enough of her, esp. here as cray pointed out that dubz sus'd her and then MsP's on her way out post (although idk how much weight to give the MsP thing)

I'm reading back through Dina's post history and this is now giving me WIFOM twinges (I hope I'm using that term correctly).

As a reminder, April's final wagon was AM, Dina, genny, alley, and Ace. I have either wolf reads or tentative wolf questions that I need to re-evaluate more on ALL of the living people on that wagon right now.

That is very WIFOM. One thing i'm having trouble with is that the three people left that haven't flipped are alley, ace and dina. ace is in my wolf reads, alley is in my not impossible to be a wolf read, and dina has stayed in my village ?I think? reads. so if I'm looking for one wolf in there, I'm not looking at dina

in light of the cray flip i don't super like sunshine's push on cray or dina sus'ing cray in addition to it. I'm beginning to consider maybe it's. although sunshine's sus'ing did, I admit, make a little bit of sense to me and read more as paranoia after a flip that we weren't expecting

Kras- like always, I feel very confused on how to read her. She has been very busy IRL but she is posting about as often as she posted when wolfing and slightly less than when she was a villager, so I think that is NAI.

Lainey- it’s been addressed over and over, but she is playing the “I’m a noob card” in an over the top manner. Her posts close to yeet deadline were definitely interesting, and she has plenty of sass. Unfortunately for her, the more she posts, the more I think she’s lupine.

Ace- my opinion on him keeps flip-flopping on just how wolfy he is. Some posts ping my wolfdar extremely noticeably, but then he makes a comment that doesn’t exactly go along with something a wolf would do. He’s kind of changed the way he’s playing, but I started to sus him yet again when he says stuff along the lines of “if I survive the night” when it’s highly unlikely he’ll be killed tonight. He’s definitely someone I suspect who went too hard on the wolfiness and is trying to reign it in but keeps slipping up.

I think this point needs to be highlighted. I know April is likely biased on Ace, but if Lainey is a wolf, I don't see exactly why it makes sense for Ace to vote for her. He could be bussing her, but that just seems very convoluted for a nooby wolf pack and I don't know if they would have come up with that their first time wolfing, especially without the guidance of a more experienced wolf. Maybe Genny suggested it before she was killed, but that seems a bit unlikely?

I'm feeling less great about Dina after Cray's posts last night. I'm glad I read Cray correctly, and she's helping us from beyond the grave now with her posts from last night.

MsP being sketchy actually helped the wolves, because we misyeeted her and kept the whole pack around for an extra day.

I have a feeling there's a more experienced wolf between Kras and Dina, maybeeee Vis? At least she has wolfed before and would know how to help the noobs. But I think she is playing more pro-village than even I am, and I know I'm a villager.

How would you justify this in particular? What has Vissy said that's wolfy to you?

I'm not completely convinced that we have 3 wolves left. We started with 18 players, and during breadsticks (15 players) we had 3 wolves. Then for Emojis we had 4 wolves and 21 players. I think the ratio we were told (from the noob game) is 1 wolf for every 5 players, approximately.

So assuming that we do have 3 wolves left (since 18*0.20=3.6), I think there has to be a more experienced wolf that is flying under the radar. So I started going through the list of people who could be a wolf that I don't have a village read on.

I don't think Vis is a top wolf candidate, but I was throwing her name out there because I have her as a neutral player, and she isn't leaning wolf or leaning village to me. She did vote for Genny, but it was later on in the day and I think it could potentially be a bus? That's the only thing I've given her village points for, and it's not a very strong reason. Please is just as viable as a potential wolf, but I think she has done a bit more to help wolf hunt recently than Vis has (I have not ISOed either of them and looked back through their posts, this is just off of the top of my head). However, Vis has wolfed before and Please has not. So that's why I included her.

I want to point out that its not always the best strategy to try and figure out who exactly fits best into a pack together (because of WIFOM and bussing), we just need to find the wolfiest people and vote them out one by one. That's why I'm starting with Lainey, because she is the wolfiest person still around.

My possible pack combinations come from these people:

Lainey/Kras/Ace/Dina/Vis/Please

Knowing that there is probably a more experienced wolf guiding 1 or 2 noobs.

I wasn't trying to make you twitchy. I am acknowledging that I haven't been as active as I wanted to be, and Vis has done more to wolf hunt than I have.

I agree that I think the most solid strategy at this point is to yeet the most obviously wolfy person and then we can evaluate from there based on their flip.

I haven’t posted them yet. I want to ISO her, but I have a doctor appointment that I need to leave for relatively soon so I need to do it when I get back. I don’t have strong wolfy vibes on her, but I’ll see if anything in her posts throws up red flags.

I just got back to my hotel from my shift. I have to shower, somewhat pack for checkout before I leave for my shift tomorrow, and get food while catching up for this shortened day cycle.

I see that cray was the NK and I find that a surprising choice. Hopefully there has been good discussion and analysis today so far for me to catch up with.
