You think Houston will count me as accepted if you forward one to me? lol jk congrats to you and everyone else who got acceptances tonight! I still have atleast another month of jumping every time I get an email notification.
 
I got an long e-mail from Houston. They said January 3rd.
 
No, one was Dr. Pierpont saying congrats you got in. And the other has like all the stuff. Like you need to have shots, criminal background checks. Reply to email by January 3rd to claim your spot etc.
 
I got two as well. One from the dean, and one from Dr. Pierpont.
 
anyone know when they send the second round of acceptances? I'm just crossing my fingers for that. Not ready to leave tx 🙁

Congrats to everyone who was accepted!! That is so exciting!!!

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd cycle in a row that TX schools have over looked me 🙁
 
I love Houston, but probably going to Baylor.
 
Interviewed at Houston first week of November, would like this school to be my first choice but I have not heard back yet. Think it may be beneficial to submit a letter of intent to this school, i.e., I will attend if accepted?

I spoke to a faculty member at UTHSCSA the other day and basically I think you'll be under the same consideration as people who didn't get acceptances Dec 3 for the next wave of acceptances. (We'll all be sort of ranked against each other in the same pool). Congrats on the interview!
 
when is the second wave? early january? does anybody know?
