Transcript parchment email not received

Parchment said my transcript was received on June 15, but AMCAS is now processing e transcripts from June 23, and mine has not been marked as received.

I’ve called, emailed, had my case escalated by both parchment and AMCAS...still don’t know what to do? My school refuses to just email a transcript not through parchment bc they say it’s not secure ???

should I have another one mailed? By the time it gets processed it would be September and my primary still needs to her verified (Another 8 weeks).

I am also having this issue and the AAMC has been less than helpful. It's absolutely frustrating and completely discouraging. I wish I had advice but I too am at a loss.
