I was on a pre-interview hold and I just got a U CHicago interview today. Are they rolling? Does anyone know if they have given out a lot of acceptances?

I think your best bet is to call the admissions office and ask as they are a very friendly bunch. I know of someone who interviewed in march and got in. So, you never know...

They notified me by e-mail early in the fall and said they were not going to offer me an interview now, but put my application on hold and review it again later.

congrats! i would love an interview from there but apparently im still under review; im surprised they give interviews to hold people before reviewing everyone but thats the way it works i guess; congrats!

uchicago said that they would be done reviewing applications by dec 1. it's on their website. so i guess the people that they are still reviewing are the hold people?

University of Chicago is rolling. I have no idea how full the class is yet.

well this isnt quite possible considering the deadline for their application in dec. 2 according to their website. They say im still under review but not on hold, so i think they are still reviewing first round
