When I called the admissions office at Davis last Friday they told me that interviews won't begin till December. But today I got an email from them inviting me for an interview! Still can't believe it...

Congrtulations runner! That's awesome. If you don't mind my asking, when was your file complete?

I'm guessing my file was completed sometime around 9/26. That was the date when I received my letters of rec confirmation letter and about when I got back my return receipt for the secondary application.

I never received conformation of my supplemental and have been calling for the past two months about my my status - they haven't been able to find my app. and none of my boxes were checked on the status page. They told me that my app. was "probably" out under review and that somebody had it- for two months?
So I called today anticipating the normal "I don't see it", "when did you send it?", only to find that the receptionists computer was down and she would have to call me back. Well, she called back about an hour later, and to my surprise she had not only found my app. but told me that I was selected for an INTERVIEW!! I'm totally beside myself. My point is, hang in there if you don't have the check marks on the status page as she told me many of the first applications received were not updated as they didn't have the system up and running at that time.
