I've looked into THV and I'm really interested in it; however, I had a horrible experience as a tenant when I lived in Orlando -- I mean roaches, fleas, and severe flooding during raining; thus, i'm always a bit scared to commit to a 12 month lease.

Look at newer apartment complexes then. Once your FB page is up, all of my class, as well as 2020, and 2019 will help you guys with more options. Use Zillow for other options as well.
