Hi everyone!

Just thought I would say hi...haven't been lurking around SDN much lately and missed y'all!

Well, two weeks of torture and we're done! OMG...this year has flown by! Hope everyone takes some time to smell the flowers this summer as it will be our last breath of freedom for a while! I keep trying to talk myself out of working...but I'm not sure I can quite make it financially. uugghh! Anyone know where I can find a sugar daddy for the summer? lol

OK...I need to go to bed so I'll be able to get up for class in the morning.

Adios!
Tammy

Holy cow, we are finally done with our first year of med school, for the most part. I dont know about you, but I thought the GI final was kind of tough!!! All those damn drugs and worms......ah!!!!

Anway, it should be down hill from here, metaphorically speaking. I want to wish everyone a great summer and hope you take some time off!!

I will post periodically (big shocker, I know) about how my intership is going, so if you would like to be tuned in, feel free!!!

Well guys, I am going to go to bed since I have had like 10 hours of sleep in the last three days! Talk at you all later!!

-C ALMOST MSII

I am sooooo glad that's over! Now just four more finals...one more week without sleep....and it's Miller time! 🙂

"I will post periodically (big shocker, I know) about how my intership is going......"

I was rolling when I read this Chris....... because in my days (ok, one year) of just being a voyeur SDN, I remember all of your lone posts and I'd be thinking "Where is everybody?"

p.s. hi Tammy, Mary C

Hi Everybody, first I'd just like to say thanks to all of you that have posted on the 2007 board as the advice has been very helpful. In other news I am looking for a roomate. I also posted this on the 2007 board . . .
_____________________________________

I am looking for a roomate to share a house with me. Possibly Two roomates. I will be purchasing a house this month very close to UHS. The house that I am currently trying to buy is only 8 minutes from the school. It is a nice house in a good quiet niehborhood. I'm not sure exactly on the rent but it should be between 350-400 month. If I get this house, I will post pictures soon!!! I'm very excited about it.

As far as me, I'm a single guy 26 years old. I'm a good roomate, very clean, easy to get along with, and I enjoy working out, gardening, cooking and computers and I am very studious. I really feel this will be a great deal for anyone who is unsure about where they want to live or even for the person who needs a change. I plan to setup the house to be very user freindly with regard to studying, wi-fi internet connection throught (wireless highspeed), and new paint and carpeting. For more details feel free to PM me, or give me a call. I would love to talk to anybody (male/female/MS1/MS2/ETC) that is interested. As I crunch my budget, I do believe this will be slightly cheaper than any apartment I have seen with much more space and privacy.

What up--
I think a lot of people would be disappointed if I didn't give an update on my rotation (esp Kevin!).
Man it is so great down here. The entire staff is so nice. I have been seeing patients alone since the first day. It is incredible. I watched a bone marrow biopsy first thing Monday morning. I have performed local anesthetic and removed a few actinic keratoses and an acanthoma. I have been pimped constantly since I have been here. I have been doing ok, but alot of "I don't knows"

I make rounds in the morning on patients (which have been like two) and have begun to make SOAP notes. I still don't know a darn thing, but at least I am getting clinical exposure. Last night in the ER, a guy came in with an "asthma attack" but also very drunk. He was very combative and restrained on the gurney. Pretty cool. He was released to the cops; not very happy with them 🙂

Well that is all for now. I am on call all next week, beginning on Memorial Day so I am sure it will be exciting!!!!

Later y'all

Chris

Sounds great Chris. Thanks for the update. BTW, the Netter contracture is healing up quite nicely.

Chris,

Where are you doing your rotation?

Hey, congrats on healing so nicely, Kev!

Chris, your rotation sounds awesome! You make me want to do one this summer...but I'd be terrified about being pimped. Don't feel like I know enough to be able to handle the questions. I'd probably cry! LOL

E-mail me...dang, I haven't talked to you in almost a week! I'm going through withdrawal symptoms over here! hee! hee!

Talk to ya'll later!
Tammy

My rotation is in Medicine Lodge, Kansas.

Being pimped really isn't that bad because they really don't expect me to know much. I have surprised myself a little, but for the most part, still feel stupid. I am really having a good time though. I am getting ready to go up to the hospital and do my first full H & P on a new admit, so this should be interesting.

Talk to you all later....have a great and safe weekend!

Chris

Hi Chris,

Good to hear you're doing well. Don't forget that EVERY PATIENT with abdominal pain should have a rectal exam!!

I'll be doing a 2 week ER rotation here in Cleveland starting June 2. I'm nervous, very nervous.

My time away from school thus far has been hugely unproductive...I spent the majority of yesterday trying to download new software for my palm pilot, to no avail. We have old fashioned dialup here at home, so I kept getting disconnected. I got a "free 1000 hours" on earthlink disc and so I'm trying that. Been online almost 2 hours now, no interruption.

Well, I miss everyone alot so far! Hey, is Desiree working with ya?! Tell her I said hi and to write me!!!😍

Hi Tammy! I miss ya! Hi everybody else!

Oh yeah, and I'm still unemployed and feel like a fish out of water. I should probably relax and enjoy.

We're going "camping" this w/e, staying in some Kamping Kabins. In Pennsylvania, near the Allegheny Nat'l Forest. Fun times ahead:hardy: :horns:

Ciao, ya'll
M.

Maly Caneval! Tell me everything you know about Staph Auleus!

who could it be...who could it be....🙂
It's ME! DESIREE!!!! I'm invading Chris Christopherson's screen name in an attempt to frame him for the murder of Abdul Kareem-Abu-jabar.

Things are good here in Medicine Lodge, KansASS. We get to do a lot, and I had the great pleasure of watching a colonscopy, a Denver shunt placement, and got to scrub in on a lap chole (I found out I wear a size 6 glove in the OR....news to me....I responded with, "medium, please!")!! ******ed med student here.

I'm working with Dr. Bliss here and he's really good..he actually knows Dr. Oeklaus and used to work out with him!

What else....BAMA -- "Bama was like, Desiree, I miss you more than you know" and I was like, "yeah whateva!"

Miss you guys...but Chris and I bought a football today to throw around..we ARE the party here in ML.

Okay, fine, Chris! Stop tugging on my arm like that -- it hurts! You can have the keyboard when I say....what did you call me? Whateva!

rrrrrriiigghhhhttt....Ok, it is I.......Chris!
I guess I am just going to give a shout out to all the SDN homies chillin' and kickin' it ol' skool. Nuttin else to say......

PEACE OUT!!

-C and D

I went to the internet and Desiree was like "Ehhhh...", yeah Whateva' !!

Sounds like Chris and Desiree are having too much fun. I just spent the week in my uncle's pathology lab. I saw some cool stuff. I helped diagnose a multiple myeloma and I even had an explanation for a weird immunohistochemical finding in the plasma cell(confirmed by a consult with a Vanderbilt hematopathologist). We had a 15 lb. ovarian cyst come in yesterday. It was huge! I saw tons of gallbladders and uteri. I was able to diagnose a couple of colon adenocarcinomas. I saw a leiomyosarcoma of the uterus. Of course there were hundreds of skin biopsies that came in. Being pimped sucks! I felt like an idiot sometimes. Hope everyone is having a great summer!

Wassup y'all? Chris, sounds like you and Desiree are having quite the experience. And I thought I had an interesting week by assisting in a Pap!

Tammy, thanks for the well wishes. Hopefully I'll develop the classic "golf bag shoulder" somatic dysfunction in next 2 to 3 weeks.

BamaAlum, keep Shula out of trouble and drink some "real" iced tea for me while you are in the promised land........(I guess you figured out who this is now)

Mary C ......... have a great ER rotation ... I'll let your pheresis buddies know that they can't page you those 2 weeks unless the money is really good.

TKNout

Des,

Did you take the phish that you gave birth to with you to ML? 😛

I'm glad everyone is having a good summer so far. You all are working so hard, learning what it takes to be a good doc...me...I'm just learning what it's like to sit my fat a@@ on the couch and read a book with a plot. I'll be more productive next week.

You guys are inspiring me to try to set up a rotation back home or something for a couple of weeks. We'll see whether you or my pool wins out! LOL

Have a great weekend everyone. Talk to you later.

- Tammy

Waz up
Tammy, I am guessing the pool will win out on you, but we will see.

Kevin, hopefully the golfus deltus deformitus will go away by the time Neuro rolls around.

Bama--sounds like you have had an awesome week! I guess path is worth learning huh?? By the way, do you know who sings the "Whateva song? We were talking about that last night, and couldn't come up with a solution.

Mary, hopefully your ER rotation will be fulfilling! I am sure you will see a lot of cool stuff.

As for me, I am having a great time. Today I did my first dictation; updating a H & P of a guy who went from acute to swing bed. I think I sounded like a phone sex worker, cause it is in a Dict-a-phone. I was talking all quiet and sexy like..... I guess if med school and rodeo clown school don't pan out, I will be able to have a job in the phone sex industry.

Man, it is really rough because they all use trade names on all the drugs, and most of the time I have no clue what they are talking about. I would definitely read up on diabetes if anyone is going to do a rural rotation, cause you see a lot of it.

OK, I am going to make some PB &J and chill out. One of the docs are taking us out to steak dinner tonight, so I guess we scored on that one! BOO-YAH!!!!!!!

-C

Hey gang! Sounds like you all are having fun around the country. I shadowed our surgery team here in KC at MCI this past week and saw my first surgery! It was pretty cool. Also was in on a colonoscopy and a bunch of other fun surgery type stuff. I did get pimped a little, but I was among a 3rd yr, Arch (5th yr resident), and an intern, so it wasn't too bad. Surgery definetly moved up on my list after that!
Well, just a few more weeks until boot camp... I know..."whatevaaaah"
Hey keep us filled in on your experiences, I'm jealous! Uh oh, my tan is fading, I better get back to the pool.

Glad to hear about your experience DocMom!! Yeah you better get back to the pool. Today was uneventful. We just sat around and did absolutely NOTHING!!! We didn't get called for ER, didn't have to do rounds.....just sat around, ate and watched TV. I go on call tomorrow at 7am, so I am sure tomorrow will be a busy one!!

Peace out

-C

Chris, You going for the record number of posts or what? 🙂

Laurel, sounds you like you are having a good summer. I'll be thinking about you as I also lay by the pool tomorrow...if the weather is nice!

Talk to ya'll later!
Tammy

Yeah I am going for the record.....although I doubt I will ever get it. 🙂

Hope everyone has a happy and safe Memorial Day!
As I slave away being on call......so far, so good
-C

I just got back from the beach and I got a little sunburned. I guess I have been in the Midwest too long!!

Chris- United States of Whateva is sung by Liam Lynch, some unknown punk rock guy.

Laurel- Decided to go watch the cutters and gutters, huh? Let me know when you want to do some real medicine, like pathology and I'll hook you up. 🙂 Have fun at boot camp. We sent a couple of specimens up to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology this week. Tell Blue I said hey when you see him down in Ft. Sammy.

Kevin- I have already drank some sweet tea for ya'.

Thanks M.john!!!!!

Enjoy the rest of the dead guy stuff! I got to inject my first knee today. It was pretty cool....this lady was old with OA and her knees were hurting.......so I said, let me inject your knee and she said, yeah whateva!!!

-C

Chris? Desiree? Chris? Desiree?

DESIREE!!! He he he🙂

Things are good here in Medicine Lodge, although I got the pleasure of debriding an ASS NASTY hematoma today. I thought of you, Micheljohn.

The lady was like, "ow! That hurts!" and I was like, "yeah, whateva."

I went to Wichita yesterday and had a grand day with the parentals, doing laundry and such. Polaks in full effect!!

The newest arrival here is a neon green football we purchased. It has beautiful white laces just like it's Nerf mommy. We like to throw it. We throw it a lot. It goes far. Chris falls down. Chris goes to ER. Desiree pees her pants.

Yes, Tammy I brought Woogie to ML. How could I leave my only son in Kansas City to be shot and killed by gang members? You know, you have a son, I would have thought you would understand that. Woogie has adjusted nicely to small town living. He likes to swim by the window and look out at the freaks driving by. He leads a very fulfilled life full of flakes.

PEACE OUT!! Miss you guys!
Des🙂

I just got my computer and ordered it without a floppy drive? I was wondering how often you need a floppy disk at UHS with a laptop since I was thinking of buying one? Or should I just get a ZIP DRIVE with 100 MB capability (Is that what is on UHS computers? since there is a 250 MB version and 750MB, but the 100 MB Drives only read 100MB disks). I also have a CD-RW burner on my cpu. If someone from the class of 2006 could enlighten me on how one can download from that UHS blackboard all the notes. The cpu specifications said I needed a floppy drive, but they are going to be phased out in the next 6 months, it listed the Zip Drive but not a specific (100, 250, or 750 version), and a CDRW discs.
Thanks,
Anthony

W,
Zip drive instead of floppy is OK.

All,

Memorial Day weekend was great! I hiked 10 miles. Ouch. Taught John how to do a few soft tissue techniques to help! 😀

Waiting to hear from job interview...in a peds ofc.,part time. I have a funny feeling I won't get it.🙄

Start ER next week....looking forward to it, but feeling really dumb! Anyone else feel like info is leaving their heads exponentially???

KIT!
M.🙂

ps...back on compuserve+pissed+ have to type fast before I get kicked off!
😛

Hey Mary Mary!

Good to hear you're having a good summer so far! Can you credit five of those miles to me? I've been pretty lazy this summer! 🙂

And as far as forgetting things, I'm not sure I ever knew them in the first place! LOL

Take care and call me sometime if you get bored!

Love ya'!
Tammy

Hey guys--
Man I sure have figured out what it feels like to be a doctor this week. Every night this week except for one I have been called to the ER between 130am and 300am for some of the dumbest stuff. One 16 year old kid had less than a paper cut at 2am, but claimed that is gushed blood before he came in.

I am really tired........got a wake up call at 645 am this morning for someone who has had a migraine for the past three days!!!!!!!! Unbelievable

Other than that, I am having a good time. Learning lots.....giving local anesthetic, burning off keratin horns, injecting knees, suturing. It is a great experience.

Only two more days of call and then it is up to Des for a week!!!! She had better get some stuff in the middle of the night like I have!!!!

Ok, enough griping for now.......talk to you all later!!

Chris

Hi Friends,

Today I start my ER rotation. I'm really excited.

Weather here in Cleveland is like 59, dark and gloomy.. doesen't feel like June 3!!

Has anyone contacted their little sisters or brothers yet? I have to do that soon.

Well I just thought I'd get us up top...I think about everyone a lot!

Take care
M.🙂

Hey...

Well it's gonna be a long two weeks!! I'm j/k. The people at the ER are very nice. There's a few who I could easily do without, but hey, whatya gonna do.

I follow the residents. They are really cool about teaching/pimping.

--(on XRay) Which one is the lateral malleolus?
--What size sutures do you use for the face?
--What are the cranial nerves?
--what do you do after subclavian line placement?
--Is that small bowel or large bowel on the xray?

So, not too bad. I think today is going to be very busy. There is only one resident on, and probably 2 attendings and me. Yesterday there were 4 or 5 residents. I'm scared. 😱

Ciao!
M

Mary--
Sounds like you are going to have a cool experience. I wish you the best of luck and keep posting so we know how it is going for you.

Today I got to inject cortisone into a knee.....I think I have done four of those now. Also, am becoming an expert on ingrown toe nails!!!!

I am getting tired of doing H & Ps!! I know it is not good to be tired of it already, but it does get boring. I did three of them last night.

Des is becoming the Pap Queen!! I think she has done like four or five of them. I haven't done any.....still waiting for Ms. Right?!

Well we have one week left.....I have five nights/days of call next week and we are out of here next Friday! It has been great. Learned a lot about medicine.......learned some things I will remember for a long time......learned some things i will punt as soon as I leave here. That is the name of the game

So if anyone has an ingrown toe nail or needs a knee injection, I am your man! If anyone needs a pap, give Des a buzz!!!

Peace out from the M to the L!

Chris

Hi guys,

Today I ended my rotation early...there just was not a lot for me to do as a first year in the ER. I got to see a lot, but otherwise I was kind of paralyzed.

At least 3 different residents asked me 3 different times "why was I there?" . They couldn't comprehend why a 1st year would want to spend their summer off in a hosptal. It was rather awkward for me. 🙁

So I made the executive decision. The doctor who was "in charge of me" really wasn't around at all....I guess if I would have been just with him this would have been OK. But the staff in the ER didn't understand why I was there, and overall I could tell that they really didn't want me there, although they never said that specifically. They just said "go enjoy your summer".

So that's that. I DO like ER though. It may be what I go into.

BTW, I'm quitting my "job", too. It's not really worth my time! The doctor is an ultra-conservative person who I can see already is really really hard on her office staff. She doesen't have any nurses, she just has us "assistants". But yesterday was my first day, and I think my last! For many reasons that I won't list here, it's not worth my time.

OK well, I'm gonna go lay around and do nothing now!!!!!!!

Hope you're all doing well!
M.😀

Mary--
I am sorry to hear that your experience ended early. That must have been frustrating for you. I hope that you got to take something away from it.

Have a great rest of the summer!!!

-C

Hey Mary, sorry to hear that your plans are changing for the summer. Sometimes things work out like that for the best. I'm sure the time you spent there will still serve as a learning experience, though.
I will be dropping off the face of the earth soon. Well, going to Texas to OBC, same thing!
I just learned that we have to repell a 50 foot wall during our field training! WWOOOAAAHHH! Road Rules here I come!
I will try to check in on the forum once in a while if I can.
Take care guys! Pray for me!

What up y'all......
First off, good luck to EurodocMom going to Texas. Have fun with that one. Actually repelling would be cool.

Well I have like two days left in my internship. It has been great. I wish it would last a little longer. I am beginning to feel a little comfortable in making a few diagnosis. I have injected more knees, taken off more ingrown toenails.

Today, a guy came with a chief complaint of intermittent pain around his left inferior scapular angle. My physician wanted me to do OMT. So I did soft tissue. Then I did Texas Twist......holy crap, I popped that guy so good, but he yelled out and was in some sort of a spasm. So he sat up, gathered himself and then the doc asked him to move his shoulder around. It felt better and he could move it a lot more. I thought I killed the guy!!! Freaked me out.....but hey, this stuff works!!!!!!

Well I am praying to the ER gods that I won't get woken up in the middle of the night again tonight. Only a few more nights on call!!

See ya..............

-C

Well I am back in KC........it is great to be back
I have spent the last week with my family out in Grinnell, KS (in the middle of no-where). Got back tonight at around 11

Man my apt is trashed!!!!

Hope I can find a job tomorrow.......must sleep now!

-C

Hello from San Antonio! The 7 UHS-ers are enjoying OBC! We are surviving the 100 degree heat and loving every minute of it. I can't believe the earth can actually get so hot.
Check in with you again soon!

Oh, come on Laurel. Suck it up. It was 96 here yesterday with 90% humidity. That San Antonio dry heat is nothing! 🙂 Tell Blue that he's not in Jersey anymore.

We were in the hospital (BAMC) all day today so didn't feel the heat so much. This hospital is all about paperless files and automation... what a difference it makes! Its the only level 1 trauma in the army so they take local civilians, and always have a full ER.
MJ, you're missin out on the Army path! We were briefed by a resident and/or program dirrector on every specialty and the path sounded pretty cool (not to me of course). Did I make you jealous yet?
Tomorrow we practice putting on our gas masks , oh what fun!!
By the way, San Antonio is hotter than those humid "suthern" states with normal clothes on, but try it in BDU's! Now walk 2 miles in combat boots with gear on your back... anyway...
Well, is everyone out there having a good summer. Don't be afraid to respond disco DAVE, I know you are reading this!!!
Is anyone still in the rural KS rotation?
Who has 4th of July plans?

Wow, sounds like fun, Laurel!

4th of July: going to NYC to hang/party/see the fireworks, etc.

Time seems to be flying all of a sudden!

I am doing absolutely nothing medicine-oriented these days!

Have a great weekend...
M.

Laurel,
I know what you mean about the heat. I almost sweated my butt off riding around in the golf cart today. 🙂 I AM jealous of the Army's path programs. They are awesome, but their residency is a year longer than civilian ones so I can't handle that. Anyway, have fun down at Ft. Sammy.

Hey guys--
Haven't posted for a while. I have decided not to work. I am going to do a Quintiles study, from the beginning of July (July 16th-24th, and then from July 29th-Aug 9th), paying $3200!! I figured it will be more than I would make working, so that is what I decided to do. I am spending the time with my family in the huge metropolis of Clyde, KS.

I did a crap load of work yesterday.....mowed the lawn, put a trampoline together, ran and shot hoops!!!! I was pretty tired today!

Anyway, I have started studying a bit for neuro....heard through the grapevine that we have to learn the bones of the skull on our own, since we have so much to cover during the year. So I am not taking any chances!

Sounds like the Army kids are having a good time! Boy am I Envious.....rrrrriiiiigggghhhhtttt!!!

Anyway, hope everyone is enjoying themselves. I will post with ya again soon!!

-C

To Euro Doc Mom:
Disco Dave is in the house. I am doing the Banker Doc thing this summer-learning about Time value of Money and Linear regression amongst other things. How is the army gig? Is it as bad as the Navy? Are you keeping the AV guy out of trouble?
Bama Alum: How's the Pathology on Hole Nine? How was the "path rotation" with your uncle?
Nothing much going on here except the Cardinals took 2 of 3 from the Royals.
Chris: Did you keep Desiree out of trouble in Medicine Lodge?
Disco Dave

The ODB makes an appearance! Dave, the pathology on the back nine is pretty weak just a couple of basal cell carcinomas and the such. We did have a couple of interesting cases come into the lab this week, though. We had a 43 year old guy with adenosquamous carcinoma of the pancreas with liver mets. The histopath showed perineural and angiolymphatic invasion. He elected to have his spleen and the tail of his pancreas removed. I don't think I would have. He is in ICU now with a bad post-op infection. The chances of him surviving very long are slim to none. We also had a 53 year old with diffuse large cell lymphoma. Couldn't tell much on the histo except that his nodes were packed with neoplastic lymphocytes. We had to wait until the flow cytometry came back to see that he had an aggressive T cell lymphoma. Other than that just doing a little phlebotomy, playing a little golf and bugging the pathologists around here to death. (Stupid med student!) I am still hoping to get in a couple of autopsy this summer. Have fun in banker doctor class, learning how to calculate the GDP of Malta. 🙂

What up----
Disco Dave, great to hear from you. Yeah I tried my best to keep Des out of trouble, but it was a full time job!!! She was at the bar every night, trashed out of her mind, and going home with all these guys!!! No just kidding, she will kill me when she reads this!

Not much going on. Playing with the kids. Air conditioner isn't working in our house, so we have a little window unit in. Doesn't do a very good job. Landlord probably won't fix it either......

I will be going back to KC around the 14th or so of July to participate in my Quintiles study. Other than that, just loungin!

Peace out to all my homies from the K-to-the-C

-C

That's it, Chris Christopherson. You have forced me post a reply after a year of non-involvement in this dirty network. No air conditioning, huh? Must be your punishment for spreading such an evil rumor about me!! Glad to hear you're enjoying the summer with the fam...Good choice on the Quintiles study, too!
Laurel, it sounds like you've been really busy too! Tell Bry Guy hello! So sad that I couldn't pass the military physical to join you...🙂 🙂 That damn short leg...
Bama, you miss me, don't you? You don't have to say it, I just know. You know, you sound real smart talking about your path mumbo jumbo to us -- which book you reading out of? BRS? Step-up? Or did you just dig out a Stedman's and pick out the biggest words you could find? You know I'm just kidding, little boy...I'm just jealous!!😉
And as for you, Dirty Disco Dave, you're NAUGHTY!! I would never cause trouble, especially in such a fine establishment as Medicine Lodge, KS. I'll tell you what...I'm building a vacation home there someday. Glad to hear you're doing somehing productive this summer other than selling your body.
Bye everybody! Talk to you later!!
Desiree🙂

DOCTOR DES?? We are being a little presumptous don't you think Ms. Brotsky? Just because you went out to BFE and did a few pap smears you are now known as DoctorDes. Oh, come on!! 🙂 I'm just kidding Desitree! You know i miss you. Maybe I can get John to e-mail me his picture of you so I can remember you. 😉 Oh, by the way I would never plagarize from BRS or Step-Up. I only plagarize from the best.....Robbins, baby!!

Laurel's not reading this. She's got some drill sergeant yelling at her about her combat boots not being shiny enough. J/K, Loreal we are glad you are being all you can be. Enjoy the rest of your summer everybody. When we come back we will no longer be at the bottom of the medical education food chain.

I just had to get in on the fun! Check out the "silent" SDN members bustin out! I actually have to "study" for an "exam" tonight! By the way my boots are ALWAYS shiny. I've only been "corrected" a few times.
I must dispell the rumor. Brian is not here! He didn't get clearance on his knee. I am looking out for the AV guy, though. Becky is in my platoon, but I barely see everyone else. We did manage to get some good pictures for FOLLIES in our "military issued eyewear" also known as BCG's. Very attractive!
Dave, I'm proud of you for comming out of the closet... I mean the woodwork... and joining the ongoing (over a year now) discussion. Stay in the game and tell all the other DOMBA's Hi from TEXAS! Chris- sounds like you hit he Quintiles lottery, I hope you arive back at school with all senses intact. Des, hang in there honey-don't let these guys push you around like that! Mary-have an awesome time in NY. And as for all that MJ Pathspeak...WHATEVAHHHH (actually it sounds pretty intense, but I'm not willing to admit that yet).
Until later!

I am hurt, perturbed , and taken aback that Desiree would even insinuate that I would sell my body! Laurel remember Left, right, left, right.... Oh wait I should be the one remembering that since I can't tell my left from my right. Bama Alum-How hot is it there? It actually hasn't gotten real hot here yet. Have some Long Islands for me.
Time to take the blue suede shoes off and call it a night.
Disco Dave 🙂
