Who knows if it'll even be this week. :-(

Hello everyone! I am just now posting to this thread that I have been constantly visiting! I interviewed in Florida on August 1, so I am anxiously waiting the results of the interviews...I called today and they said NO decisions have been sent out yet, BUT they are expecting to have them sent out later this afternoon or tomorrow, so keep checking those emails! Good luck to everyone 🙂

Well Flex peeps, just talked to Erikka and she said we have another two weeks to wait for our results...

That's awesome news! Thanks for the update 🙂

@Dragon416 Do you know when in October they will be interviewing the second group for flex?

I did not know they interviewed a second group specifically in October. However, I am getting mixed messages between the results for our interview. One person said the end of this week and another said 2 weeks from now.

@Dragon416 you said Erika told you 2 weeks for flex but who said we would hear by the end of this week?

I called the the directory and told them to direct me to Florida admissions office. A lady (Don't know her name) picked up the phone from admissions and said that. 2 weeks is pretty upsetting lol.

Congrats to all who got accepted at FL campus. What will show on the status if you were not accepted?

Hi everyone, been following this post for awhile now, just got accepted for MOT at the Florida campus. I just got the acceptance phone call from Erika. I can't wait to meet everyone in January!

I applied to FL and my status changed to "You have been accepted". Still haven't received a call or email though. I'm really hoping this isn't some kind of cruel joke lol
Congrats! Did you apply for PT or OT?

I have been following this thread for a while now, but this is my first time writing on here. I applied for the DPT and my status is still the same as before. Are the people who are having status changes in the portal, did you apply to DPT or MOT?

I applied for the DPT program at the FL campus and my status has not changed either.

haha you newbies want to post your stats? Welcome to the conversation by the way!🙂

When you called and asked did she say if they would be getting in touch with MOT and DPT? Or did she specify?

Yeah my stats are:
Around a 3.4 GPA depending how they calculate it
1200 acute care and about 700 outpatient hours observation (I work as an aide in a hospital with acute care and outpatient)
And a 305 on my GRE

Mine are:
Prereq: 3.5
Last 45: 3.7
GRE: 310
Hours: 120, mix between a movement and disorders clinic and an inpatient rehab hospital
I didn't have a lot of time to get hours, since I've worked full-time for the past 3 years in Geriatric Research but my work experience definitely gave me a lot to talk about in my interview

I interviewed FL on Aug 1st for Dual MOT/DPT.

Portal still says, "You have been invited to an interview."

So I guess it was just MOT who got the news today. Hopefully the rest of us will finally learn our fate tomorrow!

GPA:3.72
GRE:300
Observation hours: 1460 Outpatient hours

Okay...so it's looking like no DPT Florida interviewees have gotten a notice, right?

I got accepted as well! Still can't believe that this is reality.

Gpa:3.6
GRE:300

Hours: 80 OT shadow; 300 hours in camp with special needs, 500 doing CLS, 1.5 years in a SNF.

I can't wait to meet you all! This is the most wonderful day.
