I just called them... they said that they have "until midnight" to post it... so basically anytime from now until 12 am 🙄

I just don't appreciate how insensitive they are... don't they think about all those 470 people who've been sitting in front of their computers for HOURS !?!?

WOW really just WOW midnight??? haha well I don't think the admission guy will be staying up till midnight so he has to post them before he goes home so around 5ish at the most unless they program the computer to post it later on but that would be stupid because we'd have to wait longer for no reason 🙄🙄

No they weren't rude, but they did say they got some calls already... and they said they're still "working on it"... I mean what is there to work on, they just seem to be mean 🙄

Do you guys think if we bombard them with phone calls they would get their act together to post them sooner ???

Yeah. They seem a bit ridiculous.

And lol, that might make them mad and then we'll actually have to wait until midnight.

Ummm don't do that. They will post the results. The 1T3s had to wait 2 extra days before they got their decisions, so just carry on with your day and try not to think about it too much. No amount of worrying and stressing will change the outcome at this point, so sit back, relax and enjoy your day.
 
The good news is you guys don' t have to wait until Monday, its wil be out today.
Please be patient.
 
Ahh, seriously... Nothing?!?! I thought for sure I'd come back and have my heart set at ease.

Sigh, unfortunately this is how U of T is. Lived through 4 years of it. Now I feel crazy to even consider 4 more years of this BS.

They'll post the results whenever they feel like it.
 
I donno what I should do... tonight I'm supposed to work 4-8 pm.

On one hand, I think the work will keep me busy and when I come home I can just log in and see the results.

On the other hand, I think I end up being super anxious all those 4 hours at work and it might be a torture.

WHAT SHOULD I DOOO? Should I call sick??? Gosh we've waited long enough UofT!

I think you should go to work (its probably more productive and time will go faster), maybe have a friend or family member text you when decisions are finally up?

The wait's not worth it mate. They can just as easily post it at 8PM or, god forbid, 11:59PM. If they don't post it between 4-8PM you'll be out 4 ours of paid work. Do you not have internet access at work or a cellphone? Or perhaps know a coworker who does?

Where I am soo tempted to tell you to call in sick, I must agree with the other SDNers. Time will pass by really fast and before you know it, you will be sitting on your computer checking your decision 🙂 Besides, I'm sure you wont be as anxious because you already got into waterloo so no matter what happens you are still going to be going into a good pharm school.
 
I'm starting to feel nervous for you guys. Hang in there! It's almost 5!
 
Thanks for all the opinion and support guys 😉 I think I'm gonna suck it up and go to work... best case scenario would be if they post it around 8 pm when I'm back 😛

And I do have internet at work, but I wanna be with my family when I find out 🙂
 
Ok, so there is no news yet and I gotta go to work... just in case they post them while I'm at work, I wanted to say CONGRATS (in advance) to each and everyone of you for your amazing accomplishments!

I sincerely hope when I'm back, I will be reading all your exciting posts that you made it into pharmacy 😀

Two years ago, they had to wait an extra two days and found on Monday instead. Let's hope it doesn't go to that.
 
how much does the waiting list move. Im in upper half.:scared:

I'm in as well!

My stats:

GPA: 78%
PCAT: 90%
Interview: Went very well but not excellent
 
more waiting for me! my decision is pending receipt of one of my final marks...at least its not a rejection! 🙂

@azazello2012 The waiting list according to ppl last year, they said maybe 20-30 people. In addition, I wouldn't lose hope as I know on interview day i met many ppl applied to multiple schools, so they could reject this one. Deadline for Waterloo acceptance is Tuesday i think and UBC didn't sent out their offers.

In short, don't lose hope

PCAT: 91 (3/3)
MMI: I thought it went well except couple of stations.

I must have bombed interview, since i only had 2 B+s and rest were A and A+s, and average PCAT
 
Was it just me, or did anyone else scream like a maniac? My neighbour must have thought I was getting murdered.

i find it hard to believe that 20-30 people get in from wait list, they sent out extra 30 offers then there is the wait list. that would mean there must be 50-60 people rejecting, which seems a bit much.

for me i got upper list too, but i'm giving up on it already.

I sat and cried for a couple minutes..but nothing beats a murder scream
