It's a sunny day in villager-ville. But recently, rumors have started surfacing. Apparently, there have been some missing villagers. Like Rojo - who was dragged out of bed never to be seen again. Rumors have it that there are werewolves amongst you. Your first step to defeating evil? Electing a leader.

Thank you for your support. I am happy I won running a clean campaign with no false promises... I will do all I can to weed out the wolves and the bad players, and the non-participants so this becomes a safe place to do the unknown things that we do..

For as bright a day as it was, the night was darker than normal. The villagers rushed to their homes, locked their doors and barred their windows. A few were left behind - either by choice or not. One villager did not make it into their home before being brutally murdered with a knife. Jamr0ckin, a villager has been killed.

Another was found the next morning, mauled and partially eaten. hedgiehog, a villager has been killed.

Well that's sure a way to start a game off with a bang. Two of us killed, right off the bat.

Wonder if the knife was a) an item/role in the hands of a wolf, b) a vigillante villager with an item/villager with attack role, or c) and unanswered PM that got RNG'd. 🙁

That makes no sense. Villagers are good for villagers, and I am a villager.

This makes me wonder if perhaps SOV is in charge of killing inactive players for the mods? As much as inactive players frustrate me, I don't think killing them all off is good for a villager win...but I think kbrow is playing the innocent noob card and she's fishy.

From the games I have observed, the mods give you accurate info or vague info (listing a dead player's role name but not affiliation, using many different colors so it is hard to know what the colors mean, etc), but I have not yet seen them lie in the write ups.

Mods will either tell you outright (in this game, dyachei indicated very clearly that they were villagers) or they will just not say anything and maybe add a different color to indicate a different role. But I haven't seen any mods outright lie about what a player's role was, so we can be confident that hedgie and jam were villagers.
