Is there a required color for the scrubs in the hospital? I am trying to sort out my old scrubs before moving.

Yes you'll enroll into classes first and then eventually the bill will generate. If you're funding your education through loans, when your loans disburse, it will go towards your cost of attendance and anything that is not used for tuition will go to you for your living expenses. This doesn't happen until closer to the start of the Fall semester.

In previous years, the supplemental application is distributed to all applicants some time in November.
