Do military members applying to VA programs have preferential treatment compared to civilians applying? The application paper work asks if you have prior service. Is this the same type of deal as when applying to civilian jobs in the VA where there is a clear preference and job ranking for prior service? Does anyone have experience getting into VA specialty training?
