OMG I made the exact same prediction haha! I really wish they'd just tell us earlier because the interview part of our application was cut short. Maybe they will take until the end of the month because they actually have to watch and discuss all of our videos for Snapshot?

Rejected. I will be reapplying next year.

My stats:
Academics - Average ~ 84% undergraduate, completed MSc
OAT 350 TS , 350 AA
ECs ~1000 hours as an optometric assistant and an ophthalmic technician at a retina specialist (currently still working), graduate research fellowship award ($16,000), NSERC USRA, 3 publications, 1 more publication submitted, research conference presentations, intramural sports, volunteer for MS Society of Canada, Lifeguard and First Aid Certified

I plan on retaking the OAT for a more competitive score. And more volunteering this summer.

Does anyone know if Waterloo will send us an email for a criminal background check or will we have to initiate it on our own?
