What are my changes High GPA low MCAT: Help

I am wondering whether I stand a chance to get to med school and to what schools. I have a 3.85 cGPA and a possible 3.65 sGPA but got a 506 on MCAT CPFB 124, CARS 125, BBCS 127 &PSFS 130. It seems like I got better and better as the exam progressed.

lots of ECAs, 4 LORs
- Disadvantaged
- Non traditional student
-DACA (Dreamer) immigration status which limits the schools that I can get accepted to

Do you think I stand a chance and what schools. What are the minimums that schools take for MCAT scores. My Chemical and Physical section was way too weak

Great. Thank you so much. Do you think my MCAT scores will hurt me too much or do I still stand a good chance. I am especially concerned about my Chemical and Physical segment with a low score of 124 in the 44 percentile.

Technically African immigrant does not equal African-American.
