But seriously, I know that, at DMU your 3rd year, you are given oral exams where they give you a patient case and you work it up, asking the appropriate questions and asking for the appropriate tests. You then make a diagnosis and talk about a treatment plan. I'm sure that similar things are done at all of the schools.
