When to submit PASS OMFS application?

Should we submit the app when we get our August CBSE scores or are we able to update the PASS application with our scores after submitting?

When is a good time to submit? Is there an advantage to submitting early?

I submitted on the Friday immediately after receiving my score. I received my first interview invite that Monday following submission. I would recommend that if you wait until you receive a score, then have everything ready for submission. I had the PASS application all filled out and packets ready to mail.
