And a feeling of weight on your chest during sleep is a common symptom of sleep paralysis, which is commonly believed to be the root of the Mare myth itself.

I'm actually really worried that I may have revealed too much about myself and my role at this point. I may as well have just painted a massive target on my back.

But I guess it was worth the sacrifice, since we were able to identify at least a couple of others today because of it...?

Exactly. We're still not even sure who probably about half of the remaining players are... I think we got lucky with Hayley.

Not that I'm complaining, of course.

I'm really hoping that this means only one villager dies tonight instead of two. Two a night really adds up fast 🙁

I'm going to try to catch up on all the pages I missed in the morning. For now, I need a good night's sleep.

Also, I got an 88% on the IG quiz. I'm pretty proud of that!

Lastly, welcome back, Hazel! So happy to read words other than "caw" and thank you for leading our first successful lynch!
 
a little late to be saying this, but since It's the night cycle and I'm bored and I no longer have to keep it a secret: Yes, I acquired an item last night cycle (the etch-a-sketch) which could be used to send a picture/message to anyone. I chose to use it (anonymously) on Steph because I had some minor suspicions about her, but not enough to accuse her or do my usual forum sleuthing.

So I sent her a picture of the ominous eye, just as a subtle way of saying someone was watching her (and to see if it would cause a reaction/freak her out the next day 😛 )
 
I just got home from work (hate closing shift at a restaurant ) and I can't believe you guys are still suspicious of me 🙁
Yea, i got a little defensive and all because I was leaving to work and wouldn't be able to defend myself if someone started acussing me and since we all love to lynch quiet ppl (myself included) I didn't want you guys to think that my quietness meant I was hiding anything.

I find it really suspicious that jam said she had a hunch as to who sent it to me. How would she know unless she was PM devastating.

And if you only sent an echi sketch to me then how would Kam have a hunch as to who it was, especially if it was anonymous.

Honestly don't know...I don't know who Kam thought sent the suspected item. Who did you think sent the picture before I revealed it, @Kam325 ? I tried to be vague when it happend because I didn't want to immediately give away to you that I sent it/let everyone know I had an item.

but hahaha, nope, it won't be me. I've got a role, and it's not killing!

It was anonymous so I suspected the wolves sent it to me as a warning that I was next.
 
and your item only works for one night so why would you be worried of people knowing about it?
 
Not sure if wolves have the ability to send anonymous messages to people...unless they're able to get and use items too? Mine was randomly bestowed and I had no idea what to use it for at first, but I didn't want it to go to waste.

I was worried of people knowing about what I did in the night cycle, didn't want to just announce "hey everyone I used an item on someone" when it was meant to be anonymous to you. If I said that then you'd immediately know it was me who sent the mystery pic.
 
plus, it could have just made everyone suspicious of me like what happened with Mouse 😛

You admitted to doing it after anyway so what was stopping you before???

If I hadn't received the etch-sketch personally then I would have no idea that this ability existed.

Because I know people went kinda "WTF" during that whole episode, so now that it's night (and since people like Kam already theorized on what might have taken place), and that i'm as vulnerable a target as I'll ever be, I figured I might as well stop with the vagueness and clarify 😛 Still not willing to reveal my role/character, though.
And I still don't know how Kam knew of this...maybe she had a similar item and thought that might be what it was once I vaguely brought it up? Ask her, not me! :shrug:

Too lazy to go back and find the last post I wrote....but I was rereading the write-ups and I think that while we did take out Hayley, there's at least two other killers out there. A wolf, and whatever this krampus thing people are talking about is. If Mare's power was to block/disrupt or give "nightmares" like the first nights summary says, then I'm convinced we've got two (maybe a third?).

I'll have to go look for the second night summary to see if any nightmares occurred. I don't think they did. This must be the block that (insert name here) said they used that night.

It didn't work for me either that way. but I clicked something on my computer, and it gave me some url that said something about Kim Kardashian, so I didn't feel the need to investigate further.

And no posting ABOUT NIGHT RESULTS until I have posted the writeup. (you may continue to speculate about things just not something you have received info about)
 
Wow you guys chatted a lot after I went to sleep. I think Kams hunch was that it was a mod who sent the picture not that she knew it was Dev... or at least thats what she said.

Caiter said that Kam was Wendy and for now (emphasis on for now) I believe that.


Anyway... nervously awaiting might results.
