Hmmm. I personally think this is too top heavy. You've got some sweet ECs though. 516 is a great score no doubt, but some schools like NYU would be a pretty big reach. Also consider that UCR is mission based in the Inland Empire, you would be OOS at SUNY DS, and Georgetown, Tulane, Rosalind will be fairly low yield. Have you considered schools like Hofstra, Case Western, Cincy, Miami, etc?

Your list is top heavy. For top tier schools you have relatively low shadowing, clinical and non clinical volunteering hours. I suggest these schools with your stats and ECs:
Boston University
Tufts
Dartmouth
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Hofstra
Einstein
Rochester
Seton Hall
Pittsburgh
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Emory
Miami
USF Morsani
Tulane
TCU-UNT
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Case Western
Cincinnati
California University
Kaiser
UC Davis
UC Irvine
UC Riverside (if you are from that region)
UCSD
UCLA
UCSF
