Those who got interview invites from Temple and Columbia,
when did you apply?

for temple application fee, do we wait until they contact us?

my appl was submitted in June... but haven't heard anything from them

DrTaco, t12kim, & Tanya, when did ya'll submit your aadsas application, when were your apps complete? I'm curious to know what the duration was before receiving the interview invites??

NOVA interview, October 13th.
 
I submitted may 18, application still incomplete - 2LORs are at aadsas waiting to be mailed soon, 1LOR has already been mailed.

i submitted my application may 22nd...everything is in besides the pre-health committee LOR (which has arrived at AADSAS).
1. i sent my nova secondary july 2nd, and received an interview invite on august 3rd. (interview: oct 8th)
2. i sent in Maryland application fee on june 22nd, and received an email invite to interview and to fill out the secondary on august 10th. (still waiting for my interview date)
3. I just received a letter from temple yesterday (aug 16) to schedule an interview and to send in the fee+secondary. (interview: oct 5th)

I got paperwork from Maryland in the mail today, and called them up to confirm an interview appointment.
 
Got a Columbia interview today-- hell yea.
do you guys know how many people or about what percent of their applicants get interviews?

No, they don't. I would get that fee out to them ASAP - your interview invite might just be waiting for it.

Ha, everyone else here is posting interviews and secondaries, while I finally received what number my application was and the date of the mailing from ADEA today. I couldn't get through on the phone and finally emailed them. My application will go out the week of August 30th, and I turned it in on July 14th, number 27XX.
 
you should have no promblem recieving interviews and hopefully invites. A lot of schools are just now getting underway, so you have plenty of time, so don't fret about what number you are.

Tufts starts to review files at the end of next month (September). Maybe all Boston schools do the same, they are all private too.

I really wanna go to UOP and was wondering when your app was complete with them.
PS saw that you got an interview with Penn and Columbia, congrats, i got one with columbia on oct 22nd whens yours, and when was your app complete with Penn. Thanks for all the info dude but those are my three top choice schools so im kinda curious.
 
Interview invite for Oct. 16 at UNC. I was told that they had to cancel the September 18 interview date because of scheduling problems. So, Oct. 16 is the first interview date of the year.
 
Wow - they only have about 1 interview date per month??
 
Just got email confirmations from LLU and Arizona having received my AADSAS materials. My app went out in the 11th mailing.

Man, I hope they also send out letters, because I think I put my cell number as my primary number, and I don't get reception in my house, so I rarely have it around or charged up during the summer (silly AT&T).

I use my cell all the time when I'm at school (which I go back to next week), but then, I'm using my home mailing address to receive paperwork since my school mail is very unreliable and I live close to home.

Crossing my fingers for an invite invitation that I can actually receive.
 
just got confirmation letter from UCSF....only one letter is missing to complete my application.. Did anyone hear from them?
 
A couple of weeks ago I received the same conformation from UCSF, but I haven't heard anything else from them. I think I remember reading somewhere that both UCs will not be reviewing until september or october, so don't get too anxious.

Did you try using UCSF's webtools? (the address is at the bottom of the letter) I was not able to log into it. I'm not quite sure what's going on there. Anyone else have this problem?
 
Just got back from the mail box with University of Washington's Secondary Packet. There's a lot of criminal history stuff in it, but otherwise it looks pretty basic. Too bad I've decided not to follow up with my application there, I feel bad wasting all of this paper.
