Can I just say that we have the best #forumfam going on here! These 3 messages quickly after mine are reasons I still have hope. Ya'll are amazing and keep me positive even when it is super tough to keep my head up. I am feeling good where I am at and have peace with this process. It does suck and is a crapshoot but in the end it won't matter whether I match in phase 1 or phase 2...No one asks about that after internship.....ever 🙂

Not Surprised. As a neuro I would have had to luck out and get several training experiences to meet Houston guidelines at this. Poor fit but a great site.

I feel you fam. I don't think I've had a night of restful sleep since the week before Thanksgiving. Sorry that's happening to you too. Soon we can relax a bit and hopefully get some real sleep!

Posting for my labmate, but she received an invite approx. 10 days ago via an email around 8:00pm CST. If you don't got that rejection, you're still in the running. Hoping the best for you!

OR if someone is assigned to the 10th who will switch to the 8th, they can take your 8th, I'll take their 10th and you can take my 17th.

This is totally sane, though, right? :arghh:😕:arghh:

Perhaps I'm just too cynical, but this is SO nice that it is honestly verging on the unbelievable. It was totally not a pleasure to review the application materials, please. It was a necessary evil to slog through however many when they were already busy. I almost need them to tone down the sap to make it feel honest!

I'm in the same boat! With Charles George VA and Houston VA as well. I've considered it a rejection that's eventually coming, but, part of me has remained pretty hopeful that it's a good sign!
 
Has anyone heard from the following sites:
Salt Lake City VA
Orlando VA
Salisbury NC VA

those are the last 3 I am waiting on.

Also, the Malcolm Randall VAMC (Gainesville FL) notified via personalized email.
