Yes. I only applied to 5 medical schools with a 4.0 GPA and a 29 MCAT, and I had no problem being accepted.
Keep in mind, however, that other things can count a WHOLE lot more than grades in the selection process.
For example, I worked full time as a CNA all throughout my junior and senior year of college at a nursing home, 2 alzheimer's facilities and an assisted living home.
I also had a research publication, lots of volunteering hours and diverse interests (music, arts).
Make yourself well-rounded and unique, and I promise that you will be just as much rewarded as someone with a very high MCAT score. Grades aren't everything.
