sry to bring this back to med school talk, but i just interviewed there yesterday and was really impressed. the facilities seemed really nice, and the students as well. i hope we hear back soon, i would love to get in OSU. i think its a classic example (for me at least) of a mis-lower top 50 ranked school that I would prefer to go to over a bunch of ones ranked a lot higher.

whats the SHORTEST time frame from interview -> decision for people out there that interviewed at OSU??

i know they are quick with it, just wondering maybe if end of the month will be quicker than usual even.

I interviewed in the last week of October and got my acceptance in 8 days at like 7:50AM on a Tuesday morning. They enter your status the day before I think, but the system updates every morning, which explains the AM status change emails. I think that if you are accepted, you are notified faster than if you have been placed on hold or rejected, but don't quote me on that one.

They also require you to sign your acceptance letter in blood. It fits with the whole scarlet and grey theme.
