Army HPSP - scholarship question and chances?

Hello! I'm new to the forums, but I am wondering if someone can shed some light on the Army HPSP. Sometimes I feel like I'm not getting definitive answers to my questions from my recruiter. So, here are my questions:

1) How many Army HPSP scholarships are given out each year?

2) My recruiter is waiting on my physical to be approved, but he said that even if it was approved quickly I wouldn't be sent to boards until February. Does this give me less of a chance of getting the scholarship since it is getting "late in the game?" Any insight on the competitiveness of the scholarship for the DOs Class of 2020?

What was your MCAT? If your mcat was high enough youll get it guaranteed.

Idk how many schoalrships are given out. I, like a few others here, seem to have some issues with our recruiters. I started the process ~6-7 months ago and I am STILL waiting for an answer.
