No. It would be so dumb to bus, and I don’t bus unless it’s necessary and there’s no other way to win the game. I’m not a never-busser like AM, but I’ve only bussed once and it was a panic bus on Zenge in bioshock after Dina role revealed.

Tbh the noob in me had been wondering about the ethics of bussing in a case like Vis's, and my rationale this game has made me realize that I should probably be a no-bus wolf when I do get to wolf. It does a lot for clearing yourself when you're playing village to have a vote speak for itself

Something I’ve been contemplating: wasn’t Zenge the person who brought up him always voting late on D1 when he’s supposedly a villager? And then Dubz did all of that research to confirm it. But if he’s well aware of how he votes late as a villager, then I believe that it is totally possible for him to have faked that this game. I feel like this was definitely discussed the last time Zenge wolfed, but he does typically push easy misyeets and low hanging fruit when he’s a wolf. He pushed MKG and Vis a lot as a wolf

Oh, it was an aside remark. But basically: in the real world, bussing can be vital to operational success. A lot of "scummy play" in this game is a valid and expected tactic irl. So I've been musing on bussing, esp since mentor shorty hates it even as a wolfpack self-prez. And I see her point with this game. If you are a villager under suspicion, like April for AM, having a clean gaming reputation for your vote patterns is extremely useful. Since RNG role assigns, most of us will play village far more than we play wolf. So in terms of overall strategy as a repeat player on this forum, it has been cemented for me that it makes perfect sense to never ever bus a wolf ever.

I agree 100%. He usually dies N1 or N2 if he’s a villager because he’s so good at being a villager that he typically names the wolf pack by like day 2 and dies right after that. Maybe the wolves were nice, I know Vis would have known he dies early a lot.

This isn’t village code though Mel is going to try and claim it is I’m sure. I originally didn’t believe all village abilities would be one time use and thought we would have some multi use abilities. But it breaks down to this:
We’ve had a flip of multi use abilities. It’s been wolf.
Every village ability we’ve had has been one time use.
Mel is using a multi use ability.
I find that mechanically sketchy.

Zenge is where I’m thinking about going today.

Zenge feels like he's just been....around? I would start with Zenge in this group.

When I ISO’d him it felt like he was flying under the radar, sheeping some people’s reads, and not making a whole lot of effort. Beyond the “late vote tell” no one has responded to tell me why they think he’s village.

I don't remember this at all so I'd have to go look. I have phone lag issues so mostly I remember back and forth with Dubz then Dubz posting analysis

How is this not village code? You’re using the setup, mechanics, and assumptions about mod decisions for game design. You’re literally trying to use ability/role formatting to figure out affiliation. You are using a fallacy to justify a wolf!read of me, this is an indication you’re tunneling.

Village code would be like “my role PM says this but yours say that!” This is mechanics speculation based on what we’ve seen flip. Those are 2 different things.

Sorry Fluff 🙁 I just made a confused face last night when you unyeeted Vis. All Vis did was reveal that they were the blocker and you immediately unyeeted them. I think Violet gave village a lot more to work with when we decided to unyeet (by saying she was a strike), I didn't have the same feeling when Vis said they blocked people. I just thought it was weird how quickly you unyeeted.
If it makes you feel better, I feel like most people are neutral or in my POE than not lol

If I was a wolf that knew YK had vote protection, you’d expect myself or another wolf to pressure YK on the day that she had the protection. If she had been voted, this would have wasted a vote cycle, made YK look sketchy, and set up a misvote the next day. Notice that’s not what happened. I saw YK role reveal, but not admit to the protection D2 and I drove a vote on her D3 because that kind of half-truth plays are sketchy as hell.

I was trying to decided between Sporty and Mel being a wolf. Since Sporty is clear now, as far as I’m concerned, Mel’s out of my neutrals down in the Wolf reads.

It says blocker and wildcard. She claimed to have blocked YK and April. I don’t see the wolves having a secondary block ability.

Blocker usually refers to someone who blocks night actions. I don’t think I’ve seen a vote removal role before and don’t know what that role would be.
I looked up wildcard and I guess it’s using random abilities that are left in the game randomly? It’s not one I think I’ve seen either.

GALACTIC BOWLING FRAME 3

As the laser light show raged on for a third night in a row (I thought this only went down on weekends???) one unassuming bowler was having fun in her pit when a dark figure appeared behind her. She turned around to she who it was but a laser just happened to streak by directly into her vision at the same time, blinding her. A bowling ball hit her upside the head and that was the end of it. She was tired of those silly black lights anyway!
