wow, good luck to the rest of you!!! i'm totally cheering ya'll on!! btw, Second look is on April 28th, but they havent even sent any info out on it.... I think they've been busy with this batch of decisions!

its funny how i wait for the day, and now that I know its tomorrow, I dont want it to come. Crazy how the mind is. Well gl all. Lets hope that all of you guys, and I, get some great news tomorrow.
 
do you guys believe Bring1011? I'd think there should have been more than 1 person who heard back if they really started releasing decisions today.
 
Hey Bring1011, who was your interviewer? whoever it is-- did anyone else on this board have him/her? (reasoning is that if interviewer called one person with acceptance, he/she should have called all the acceptees).
 
My interviewer called me at around the same time (6:30 ish) to tell me I was accepted! so it sounds like everyone should be hearing really soon!

I'm still a skeptic. But if not, congrats guys.

I feel only a couple people got it tonight, if that, with most of them going out tomorrow maybe?

Hi guys, sorry didn't mean to freak you out thinking this was fake. I only have 4 posts because I just joined tonight for the purpose of letting you guys know that you should hear soon (since I was checking this board the last couple days in nervous anticipation as well) and thought it would be nice to let people know that I had heard something. I think only some of the interviewers make phone calls though (mine was to my cell phone) so I wouldn't worry too much. ok well good luck everyone!

Hey I wouldn't worry just yet Voice, Dean Witzburg is the Dean of Admissions so it would make sense that he's the first to know and would be the first to contact the applicants he interviewed.

I imagine other interviewers will contact their students tomorrow.

I agree that it's hard to stay calm though. Hang in there and good luck!:luck:

Hey all - sorry didn't mean to freak anyone out! I was just so excited I wanted to share - it's my first acceptance!

My interviewer was Dr. Offner and she called my cell phone - I assume it's whichever number you have on your contact sheet. My interview was in early February if that helps. I don't know if there is any reason to who got calls today and who gets called tomorrow - but I really do wish all of you the best and I can't wait to meet you all in August!

I didn't have her as an interviewer but she was my professor for histology. She seems very professional and strict in class, but she's super nice one on one. I can see her sending out emails tomorrow.

On another note though i just checked my histology syllabus. There was a histology exam administered around this time last year (Mar 28) . It's quite possible she could be very busy writing or grading exams and may not have the chance to contact her applicants. So not hearing anything, doesn't necessarily mean bad news.

I think its gonna be one of those nights, tossing/turning and what not.

regular mail in the Jan batch. It took about 3 or 4 days for me to get it (on the west coast) from the day my interviewer called me and said they had mailed it. Sorry, I know that really doesn't help. But my interviewer did call my cell and last time it seemed the phone calls and emails came at all diff times spanning about 2 days. So don't freak out yet!!

another great prof. she's extremely good with emails, so i can definitely see her sending out emails despite exams.

All she said was that the big package would be in the mail and that they had sent them out today. But I was bawling my eyes out so she didn't really have a chance to say anything else!

Man this is nerve racking. I can't even eat right now.
 
Dr, V = super busy. Super hard on people, but if you rocked it then good for you. a thumbs up from her is a good thing

Dr. Offner = one of the nicest people i've ever met. amazing biochem instructor. one of the quietest, sweetest people you will ever meet.

Let's all be patient. I just went for a run because i was quasi-hyper ventilating. best of luck. here's luck to me as well.

How about Dr Mitchell? I personally thought I connected well with her, by far more then any other interviewer I have had. Fantastic person.

i think we started off with about that much in september and the numbers took a slight downturn (~10?). not sure. yeah, there's a lot of us.
