On a side note...why is it that its harder for me to get a minimum wage job then get into med school lol .

Speaking of picking schools, my mom broke her foot and she's been seeing a lot of doctors, fellows, residents, etc. And apparently every single one has told her I need to go to the cheapest school. So everyday I hear "Oh I met this person today, and they think it's awesome you got in all these places, but they think you should go to LSU."

Probably good advice. You'll probably get some decent scholarships though, so some other schools might end up costing somewhere in the same ballpark.

Exactly. I would expect most hires to be based on a proven track record, not charisma alone. Nothing inspires confidence in your players/recruits like results, IMO.
