I dunno. I love my profession, but sometimes I think my managers are crackheads. The other day one of my old managers called me and asked me to come in to cover a couple of total hips.

I'm not in it for the money, but I'll be daggum if I will work for dang near free!

 I'm not ashamed that I have only been in my current job for the money. I'm not making bank but I'm doing alright.

My next job with be for fun  I get to play with dogs!! :D

LOL! Dr. Inviz!!! I have had my camera for several years now. Anyway, don't you know you can get a digital camera for under $100 now? I occasionally work for my father part-time. But, until a few weeks ago, I worked a lot. We actually have more money now that I am not working because we are no longer paying for daycare. You could afford a digital camera and a puppy too, but you are just too cheap to spend any money!  My husband doesn't make a ton of money, but he makes enough so that we can survive. It is called managing your money anyway. You don't have to be rich to have nice things in life; you just need to know how to manage your money so that you can enjoy them.:p ;)

I would appreciate it if someone could post the clinical sites for years 3/4. Thanks.

OK - so I did some research on the rotational sites, especially since so many want to go to UT for their CORE and obviously not all students will be able to go there. I was pleasantly surprised by the other CORE hospitals. Some are larger than UT with a few Level I Trauma Centers, etc. All in all, a nice package of hospitals.

So for your viewing pleasure, here are the websites I found for each of the hospitals listed a few pages ago.

The numbers after the hospital name are the # of beds in that hospital.

LOL! That and taking out the garbage!

Don't forget about fixing things!!! We can be a little handy every once and a while.

While we got about 8-10 inches of snow yesterday, I wish we got the 3 feet you are expecting. I think it was just so damn windy (25-40 mph) that the snow couldn't stick on anything.

Here you go!

Damn girl your quick!

Yeah, Dr. Oz rocks! Oprah can be either  or  , but anytime the Oz is on, I break out the DVR. His books are good too.

How are we going to be assigned to a core hospital? I think it should be based on class standing! :D

hey guys...just interviewed at DCOM last week...looks like as of 3/16/07 the class is 2/3rds full...meaning there are still 50 seats open

the school looks awesome! the campus is beautiful. I like the fact that there are undergrads there too....so there is a nice mix of students. and the whole idea of a party in the caves!!
