Hey guys, I couldn’t exactly find the answer to this so here I am.

Do my LORs need to be from professors who taught the courses that I took? Or can I have a professor who has never taught me before write me a letter of recommendation? Like a professor whose class I never took basically. Will schools accept this?

Thanks peeps.

They'll accept a letter from anyone, but you'll need to look at the individual schools' requirements to know if you've met their requirements or not. I had a lor from a professor I did research with but never had in a class, for example. To meet most schools' requirements, however, I also had two lors from professors whose science classes I took.
