There is no way I am not getting lynches...so this info should help the villagers I think.
I looked up my character on wiki, and I would lynch me too.

But, and this is important, my description in my role does not match wiki. In fact it looks like my description describes F'Lar. So somehow in this game the role names are mismatched with the characters. I don't expect you to believe me, but in case it is not explained in lynch you should know that.

So lynch sov

I was a role name seer. Only got one seer in. So pretty useless info. I can't copy in my description cause on phone...but it describes someone who went to future with lessa to save the weyrs. Which is OT what my name is.

Holy **** you guys. Even if SOV is full of crap right now, how fun would a game be where the roles didn't match the names.

Frustrating as heeeeeeeck! Mwahahaha
 
Also remember this was a very sketch lynch. I think I was set up.
I am sure it was no coincidence this happened when I said ahead of time it was a tough day for me. Still would have been lynched but I would have liked to add some more against a bunch of stupid comments.
 
I have a few more minutes before my night flight....ask me any questions that will help later and I will try to answer. I still want to help out. Kind of sucks,,.havent had a good villager role in ages.....

This would frustrate me, since I am betting my life on it. If SoV isn't a wolf, I can predict who the next lynch target is. 😛

Figured it out.

SOV - T'ron is the oldtimer Weyrleader of Fort Weyr. He makes the brave decision to jump 400 turns in the future with Lessa to save Pern from threadfall. As a prominent leader in your own time, know who all the important political powers are. Each night you may submit one name and find out who they really are.
 
Kcough just told me that T'ron also went to the future and there is no error...so maybe my theory is wrong. Just got the sketch FFM role I guess. My death will be completely meaningless.

Didn't someone mention that wolves in this game would likely have cover roles?:thinking:
 
Last thought...I felt like my role was important because it said I could find out who people REALlY were. Which means there must be a bunch of aliases. That'S what I figured anyway.

I am not sure I like the trend of doing crazy weird cover roles for the wolves. I hated it in the Final Fantasy game and if that is the case here too, what the heck is the point of even playing a genre specific game?

That was the same ability Robinton had for the harpers, so would be interesting that we have doubles on that ability for village.

She means it's not cheaty, not that it isn't allowed. It's so easy to fabricate a role description from a mod, so "copying/pasting" could just as easily be "talking out his ass".
 
I was at a classmate's birthday happy hour and am now SDN'ing tipsy. Catching up.

So, I understand busy. But what was posted on our Hold PM was 3 or 4 lines. If I were getting lynched, I'd have a little more to say than that. (Heck, I can hardly contain myself t0 4 lines dead sober with nothing riding on it, so if I'm on the block, expect a novella.)

The claim was that his ability was blocked the first night, and that he flaked out and didn't use it on the second, but that last night it gave him some intel.

If that is true, and he is a villager, it might be a shame to lose him.

If that is true, and he is a wolf, I want him gone, because I don't want him to use whatever he may have learned against some villager.

update: he called out a role that he seered, a villager. It still doesn't really help me to know whether he is friend or foe, or even whether his info is good. But at least he gave something a name.

Don't be a *****. You try using SDN while flying an airplane. Not flying in a plane but flying the frisking plane. Smh. I literally had 5 minutes between flights.
The only reason I have some time now is waiting for the last bits of a thunderstorm to pass..

Unfortunately, he Lynch voted himself.

Now he has to go down. Isn't that one of the rules? You gotta lynch those what lynch themselves?

Anyone who has played more than a game with me knows I would never ignore a lynch...wolf villager or chaos. Just don't have it in me. And now I really really have to go.

Oh, don't be a pooper. I'm drunk and typing slower than usual. Situations evolve into whole new species before I can get my posts finished. Dang birthday girl made me do a shot with her, and I have zero tolerance nad am a really cheap date.

Gays, I think we'd better tithe tonight. I don't know when Thread is going to fall, but I am pretty sure it will. I heard a rumor that it will someday and I think we should bank some tithes.

No, I don't know how it works. No more than anyone. But I have a feeling that it is pretty important and I don't want to get Threadkilled because we slacked. The mods wouldn't have make it such a big deal if it wasn't ever going to happen.
