I don't think that his tithe was rescinded. That seems like village behavior to me. I'm betting that tithing a wolf ability would out the wolf, if tithes stay within the same hold, or at least limit their effectiveness in a way that wolves would not want to do.

I would think that a reluctance to tithe might indicate wolfiness. It isn't specific, though, because someone could also refrain from tithing out of the belief that their ability could be better deployed by them directly, or out of a fear of tithes going to a bad guy. But I think that the cons of tithing outweigh the pros for wolves.

That doesn't mean that he hasn't been converted since, if there is conversion/chaos whatevs. I am very paranoid about that possibility, and so trust no one. =)

Will you please get your sheet in order! and what do you want me to quote for the missing of N3? Besides, they will have to confirm it, it was before I was a part of that hold.

There were exciting plans being made tonight in the Holds! Some of the residents slept soundly, not thinking twice about their evenings. Yet others spent their frenetic night energy poring over records of tithings and old campaigns. Even one moderator found herself engulfed in the night as she was suddenly roped into medicating a Threadscored runnerbeast every hour! Plans were made to heal, to rise, and to... well no, scratch that.

In any case, all the plans were quite moot. Near midnight, a calm voice arose from one Hold in particular, warning everybody to stay within the walls. This information spread by mouth, by drum and by fire lizard, and - quite remarkably I'd say! - everybody seemed to stay inside and listen.

Night has been cancelled.
Any single or limited-use abilities that were used last night are preserved, but abilities received as tithes are now gone. Item use has failed and they will be redistributed. All tithes have failed.

It is now Day 5. Deadline is the typical 9PM CST/10PM EST. Get lynching.

My hopes were most firmly pinned on someone Rez'ing Sands, as absolute and confirmatory evidence that tithes pass unchanged. Also, I wanted a healer back.
Since that would have been a tithed ability, it is gone now.

Might as well get the morning's bloodbath underway. With a heavy heart:

I'm really open to being convinced. I just want it to happen before the last moments of the lynch.
 
I tried to use my ability on Lupin last night so she could corroborate the villager nature of it today. I told my hold my plan, but I think it would be far fetched to say one of them cancelled night over that.

In any case, that seemed like the surest way to pleed my case and now you all can either let me try again tonight, or lynch me and find out for yourselves. I have another stupid busy day so I won't be around much this afternoon.
 
I had a healing item last night - it was a jar of Numbweed. Was going to use it on myself but since night was cancelled I'm still injured. Still don't know what that means but I figure we just continue to be effectively blocked until we're healed.
 
Okay, so if Kata was injured as mod punishment, it changes things. In that case our bopper possibilities widen to anyone who tithed N3.

I think it is pretty obvious that Gwen is the one with the rocks and blunt object. She has admitted to being the blocker. The question is whether or not it is a wolf. We have yet to see any other color in the deaths. I was under the impression from someone that we have a couple different factions, I don't know if that was mod given or what.

If she is, she blocked Hmoo N4 and denied it, and then lynched her with the rest of us anyway.

From dawn until midday, the world slowly darkened. An uncomfortable static thrill stood hairs up on nape after nape, the watchwhers turned restlessly in their daytime dens, and all eyes watched as lightning flashed boldly on the horizon. Soon enough the storm rolled over Fort Hold, and one small creature foolish enough to be outside in the mayhem got a mod-induced zapping.

Mod killed for inactivity is @SummerTheLynx - Zair, who could PM with Robinton and only communicate via pictures.

He's just too busy to keep up. 🙂

If Kata wasn't injured by a bopping, that undoes my theory about someone lying in Tillek.

At this point, I'm happy looking in entirely other directions. Does anyone else have any reasonable suspicions to put forward?

AM did officially put in her name just before 9 am eastern time this morning.

I thought it was weird she called me out for not tithing yesterday, when she hadn't tithed yet either. And her volunteering and then not following through seemed more fishy to me than someone (okay, me) just not putting their name in yet.
 
Lupin seems to have some reason to trust AM and I have no reason not to trust Lupes. So I'm not sure if I want to follow the AM lynch vote rabbit hole again.

Why would you think there's still another rez ability out there?
 
So you guys are talking about n4?

I'm no longer training a super close eye on your hold in particular since it turns out kata wasn't blocked but if there are things not adding up with AM then that is valid.
 
I'm going to lynch Gwen because I just don't think this head bopping blocking thing is good. I'm definitely open to pursuing other leads though, especially within Tillek Hold. It still seems like something fishy is going on there.

Presumably sandstorm had tithe her ability, though whether it would be her rez ability or her healing idk...I would think it would be the latter since the rez was one time use

Aaaand I should read before posting. Seems like katas block was explained, so Tillek isn't necessarily any more suspicious than other holds now.

She said she'd be willing to tithe, and then she just never bolded her action or officially tithed. The mod gods had reminded us to bold the night before to make actions official, so I don't think it was a matter of her not knowing how to submit it.

It isn't so much I trust her that I would worry about lynching her if she wasn't a wolf.
 
1. Wtf? We are assuming the canceled night is an ability? Yes? No?

2. Also wtf?! Why is no one else curious that kata got mod injured when no one else has outside of thread fall AND thread didn't fall that night! I'm I missing something?! Why is this not weird?

Figured it was a punishment for not posting enough?
Although, I'm pretty sure I missed the same cycle she did and I didn't get injured.

I had assumed it could be because of her not showing up to play and used as warning, much like STL being deaded today since he couldn't play.

No she was talking about the first time, n2. I thought maybe it was a consequence of missing the lynch d1 but then I just remembered I also missed that lynch so now I'm super confused.
