How do we title the essay?
Essay-Is it the same as personal statement? what do we write in it?

Yes, I am glad you mentioned this. Can someone please send some advice on this ESSAY. I wish I cauld just say a few words. "Let me in the dam program, because I been busting my tail for the last 5 years leading to this" and "Have a nice day...thanks"

This has been discussed at length in the past, first of all. That being said, the whole point is for you to decide for yourself what to write. If someone on SDN tells you what to say, you will not be presenting your true self to the programs. Be creative and work it out.
