I forgot to completely write all the prerequisite coursework I have taken for biology, chemistry and physics etc. in the secondaries "pre-requisitions" requirement. The courses can be found in my AMCAS transcripts, but should I email admissions to let them know which course number they are to save them the trouble? Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much!
If the secondary asked for the prereqs to be specifically listed and you didnt, you should send them A VERY SHORT note

"Due to my oversight, I neglected to list all details of prerequisites courses I have completed on my recently submitted secondary. I have taken the following:
Course 1
Course 2
etc

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience my oversight has caused. Thank you for consideration of my application to MEDICAL SCHOOL NAME

Sincerely
