IMO you don't want someone telling you exactly how to do this; it should be personal, genuine and authentic or it will be worthless. Salutation [Residency Coordinator(s)],
One sentence about who I am. One sentence about the purpose of this email (interest in program). One-two sentences that give specific reasons.
