Has anyone paid and received an email receipt from LECOM college of osteopathic medicine instead of college of dentistry?

I have paid the supplemental already, but in the LECOM portal, it says it is in progress. Does it just need to be updated? Should I contact the school to confirm that materials have been submitted? I have tried contacting the school before, but they hardly answer the phone or respond to emails.
