I would really like to go but I am working. I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to record it on my laptop at home while I'm at work.
 
I interviewed Aug 25th and havent heard back yet... should I be worried lol?
 
I applied for the fall and just did my interview yesterday. I hope I get in for the fall so I can see what my other schools say first, but I don’t think I’ll be able to turn down an acceptance if they give me a spot in the spring.

I submitted my application Sept 8th, but my 3rd letter of rec wasn’t submitted until the 15th
 
I’m not a student at LMU, but in previous threads I believe I read you can ask to be put back into the Fall pool if you receive a Spring acceptance. Is that not the case anymore?
 
Did anyone take the Casper September 16th? If so, have you heard anything about an interview yet, or is it not offered until they receive your score?

You can, but you are in the pool like any other applicant, no guarantee that you’ll be selected again if you reject the spring offer
 
Does anyone know if LMU-OPCVM is rolling prior to the deadline? I know it says rolling decisions begin from December, so can I assume they start reviewing before the Oct 31 deadline?
 
For anyone who's submitted their seat deposit, have you heard anything about financial aid yet? I filled out a FAFSA for LMU a while ago just to be prepared if I got in, but my portal still says that they're waiting on a FAFSA.

If it has been a full week, give them a call. A lot of people, myself included, had a glitch where their SSN hadn’t populated into their account (even if you signed up properly) and they had to call financial aid to get them to manually enter it in their account so that everything could move forward. Financial aid is very nice! so you can just call and ask about the status of your financial aid and they will check if anything is missing on your end

I think they're wanting the FAFSA that opens october 1st for 2026-2027. At least thats what ive been assuming
 
seeing all these interviews is making me nervous i haven’t heard anything back from them slightly getting worried. especially since i placed low on the casper

I think the FAFSA that opens in October is for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. I think it's this past FAFSA that is for Spring 2026.

This past FAFSA is supposed to be for spring 2026 yes but my reasoning is that since most people aren't going to find out their acceptance until after the current one closes they may just want everyone to be on the new one even though its a semester early

Was the Lunch and Learn intended for applicants who have already received offers?
 
I still haven’t heard anything and starting to worry now too. I submitted my app and it was verified pretty quickly on September 8th. I applied for both spring and fall but it will probably be fall since I submitted later. My last letter of rec submitted on 8/15, would that affect anything? My Casper score was low too 🙁

Yes! They told me it would take about a week but it really only took about a day. I can see the loans that I'm being offered. Haven't decided what to accept yet though because I don't seem to have a bill for the spring semester yet? I don't know when that will appear.
 
have any accepted spring student heard anything after paying the seat fee? I submitted a week ago and haven't heard anything

I highly doubt it's full yet. There are usually a few rounds of students admitted to the spring semester, and I think there's only been one round that's actually heard so far.

the acceptances that went out first round are due back by october 8th so I'm sure the next round will go out around there

Did you have any issues seeing your loan offer? I got an email (to my student email) saying it was ready but I am entirely unable to view it, I keep getting an error

i emailed holly but it's saturday so I might not get a reply back until monday! i basically asked her what the next steps are

Last time I emailed her, it took over a week to get a response. But it does seem weird to me that we don't have any other information yet. I feel like we should have a student handbook or something that we get.

she just responded. they are finalizing everything for students who accepted and will be emailing once it is complete. so... who knows when 😂

Hi! I submitted VMCAS for spring or fall cohort 8/20, no word yet or interview invites.

I also submitted to LMU Orange Park! I was wondering if anyone went to their zoom session they hosted. I'm excited about the new school.
