so I'm supposed to be studying for my cancer imaging test that I have tomorrow.. but I am so unmotivated right now.. I am so ready for the semester to be over.. and for med school to start. I probably won't be so excited about it starting when I have ridiculous amounts of stuff to study, but oh well. Oh, and mostly I'm excited about moving into my sweet apartment and hanging out with my awesome new classmates 🙂

So no real point to this post, except to say I can't wait! AHHH!

I can't wait to move into our sweeeeet apartment and finally meet you in person. 😉

I have to hand it to you, I can barely concentrate at work and I don't think I could handle being in school right now! You're almost there!

I'm in Augusta, GA right now. I'll be driving home tomorrow evening, so I'll be available all weekend. I should also be around all week next week...so pretty much any day will work for me.

yeah, i was a little early with freaking out in the beginning...but i must have just known this would happen haha.

it's funny, this is definitely the only time in my life that I'm actually GLAD no one calls my cell phone anymore. (not using very many of those minutes since I graduted last May and moved back in with the folks...ugh..it's true, my life is dull)...because the few times someone HAS called me my heart literally almost stopped...especially the time it was someone with an private number. unfortunately, it was a wrong number and i wanted to slap them through the phone for getting my hopes up

yea, i am one of those unfortunate 2/29ers. i emailed paul carney on monday and he said he hoped to meet with dr. stowers sometime that day, but no word on whether or not that actually happened.

as far as calls go, seeing as everyone who has interviewed since 2/29 is still waiting to hear back, i'm not sure if everyone or anyone will get calls this time around...i'm still hoping to...but that could potentially be a LOT of calls to make in a few days time before the letters get to us.

I can't wait forever...being a late accept sucks. Being a late interviewee sucks enough as it is. (I have to interview with AZCOM in May.)

yea im also set to interview at AZOM in May, but i havent booked a flight or anything yet cuz i'm still hoping to get into LMU-DCOM. of course, when i originally planned on waiting until i heard back from dcom before booking my flights, i expected i would hear back 3 weeks ago....now i'm prolly gonna have more difficulties finding good rates and that stuff.

sooooooooo hopefully i wont have to!!

Yup, thats what Im planning to do too, head out mid-July! When is orientation?

Orientation starts Wednesday, July 30th and we actually have class on the last day of orientation in the afternoon on Friday, August 1st!

Also, our white coat ceremony is on October 18th, so if you want family and friends to attend I would suggest booking a hotel room ASAP!
