I pray so!!
I was given either May 16th or May 23rd as interview options and I chose the 16th. Not sure if there’s spots after that but that’s the latest I’ve heard so farHow late LMU-DCOM will conduct interviews? In other words when the interviews will end? Appreciate a reply.
Congrats btw! What was your reasons for choosing Harrogate?I heard they are waiting till after may 1st for waitlist because that when people with acceptances have to make the decision of where they are going. Then they will know how many spots they have left. Also to update yall I went to the Harrogate campus and Knoxville campus last weekend and decided to stay at Harrogate.
I won’t answer for her, but my reasoning for choosing Harrogate was the much better cost of living, being near the actual campus, and having fewer distractions. Personally, I think I can stay better focused if my only options are play outside or study medicine hahaCongrats btw! What was your reasons for choosing Harrogate?
Thanks! A couple factors! I am living in a 2bd 2 bath for $1000 ( with utilities) per month- in the long run I will save a good amount of money as the avg I've seen for Knox is 1350 plus utilities for a small 1bd 1 bath (so around 1500 with utilities, which is a 6000 dollar per year difference). I am able to set up an entire room just for studying. I thought Harrogate didn't have anything around it ( I am from a small town with only a dollar general and gas station which is what I thought it was going to be like) It was not they have a hobby lobby and a Walmart ( im set) within 8 minutes of the school. The campus is beautiful and was actually built with the intentions of being a school. It is much bigger than the knoxville campus. I was dead set on knox when applying, and did a total 180 once I got there. I felt like I could just enjoy being a student at harrogate, and that I would be able to focus much better. I also like that I wouldnt have to get on the interstate to get to school which i would have done to go to knox. I think knox is still cool but these are just some of the reasons i ended up liking Harrogate much better!Congrats btw! What was your reasons for choosing Harrogate?
Thank you so much for your detailed response. Yes seems like there's a lot of pros in Harrogate. Where did you find your place? when I looked online I don't see anything or do you essentially have to go onsite to find places? Thanks! A couple factors! this is super reasonable tbh. i was looking at apartments near the knoxville campus and almost everything was around 1500. i've also heard from people that knoxville is somewhat of an expensive cityThanks!
