Which is more beneficial for residency/curriculum?
Accepted at both. Leaning towards Pikeville for the equal playing ground deal which makes it cheaper.
Mandatory attendance shouldn't be an issue

Don’t go anywhere with mandatory attendance. Even at 2x speed, most lectures are a waste of time.

Current KYCOM 3rd year. Mandatory attendance is the first semester of OMS-I. Lots of people still skipped though cause they pass a sheet of paper out maybe once a month randomly. If you have any questions about it feel free to shoot me a message.
