LOR from training physician

I was just wondering if there was any sort of requirement that the DO letter of recommendation needs to be from an attending or non-training physician. I am shadowing a DO who is currently in a fellowship program, but wasn't sure if she could still write my letter or not.

Any letter from a DO would probably be better than no letter. The physician is past residency as well.
